We must not be counting the many hours she LABORS EVERYDAY cleaning up their social media accounts. Removing comments and banning people are a full time job, you guuuuyyyzzz! We just don't understand how hard her life is. Me personally, I think she needs a glass of wine, a spa day and a vacation. She deserves it.

These two are epic failures...they hire a nanny to be more productive and another day with no video. Two home vlogs and a live stream last week. It seems like they are getting worse at their full time youtube job with all that extra time they have. They are completely screwed when Tim is out of commission, even if he's down for just 2-3 days.

It’ll be longer than 2-3 days. Like with their Hawaii trip, they should be banking some videos for this downtime. They won’t. They’ll disappear for a bit and their dumb stans will be confused and surprised (WhEre arE thEy?!).

Feels like I'm beating a dead horse with the paid off mortgage stuff so will list the info as I see it and drop it after this. Yes this is all from public records. I don't agree with Florida making this stuff so easy to search.

1. They bought current house with a mortgage
2. They sold old house
3. They refinanced current house at much lower amount most likely using profit from house sold in step 2.
4. They put current house into a trust and took it back out of that trust about a year later. Possibly to conceal their address who knows.
5. They refinanced current house again in 2020.
6. November 2021 a release of mortgage shows house refi in step 5 is now paid off. The mortgage company name matches the one on their property tax bill.

Could there be some sort of clerical error or other trickery going on and they still owe money on it or refinanced again? Sure but that seems unlikely to me. The "smoking gun" I can think of is if their next tax bill goes straight to them instead of a bank or mortgage company that to me says no escrow and no mortgage involved.

The timing of this being just before they bring on a nanny could be coincidence or could be they wanted to free up monthly budget to pay for her. Not pay for her entirely just help make it easier to pay what I assume is $3k+ a month.

Just to clarify I wasn’t trying to start a fight over whether or not they have a mortgage. I just have this inkling that they took an equity loan with a refi just by looking at the documents.

I’m fine with being proven wrong. I still think they are borrowing from Peter to pay Paul somewhere because even with as much money as they supposedly make, I don’t think they can hang on with the way they are spending

I was going to ask the same thing! Weren’t we all saying a few months ago what happens when Tim needs to be driven to a medical event. Maybe the nanny will do it.

He and Jenn would probably Uber there. As long as she's with him, the hospital would be okay discharging him in a cab.

Unless Her Highness gets too scared of Ubers.

I’m not sure how how hospitals are currently operating in FL, here in NY there are still strict rules for visitors. Many elective procedures were cancelled, and most places don’t allow visitors for one day surgeries. You have to drop the patient off and pick them up. I know FL doesn’t have nearly the Covid regulations we have up here though! I’d think it’s likely that they’ll hire a car service for transport.

Hernia repairs are no joke. I hope recovery is super smooth for Tim. Jen has no clue what it’s going to be like to actually care for the kid and her husband for a couple weeks…she can’t even take care of herself.

I truly think he’s dehydrated. And possibly anemic. Of course I’m not a doctor. But I had TERRIBLE bags/dark circles when I was a kid, one of my teachers actually called my parents in about it thinking there could be abuse. Anyway, I hated meat so I was anemic and I didn’t drink enough water. Also dark circles are genetic in my family so that didn’t help.

Anyway, I truly think J$ needs some dark leafy greens, good protein/red meat/beans, and to really up his water intake

Disney has zero protections in place to make sure guests don’t end up in someone else’s YT video. Not only do they allow it, they encourage it by all the events they invite vloggers to. Any response they give you about any kind of protection they have in place would just be blowing smoke.

Yeah it’s fucking obvious they have no protection in place when some dirty fucking asshole starts video taping the child’s playground when he has NO GODDAMNED KIDS THERE.

for fucks sake, I hardly take photos of my own damn son when he’s at the playground/play areas because I imagine it might make others uncomfortable and I don’t feel comfortable having random childen in the background of the photos.

My nephew is a picky eater- like none of his food must touch & he can take forever to eat. But he still gets as many food groups at meals as possible- even if it’s just one of those fruit pouches. Kids can survive on limited diets for a while, but I don’t think J$ is allowed enough liquid & quiet frankly they are f…ing him up with food in so many ways - the screen, the feeding & the food choices. He gets NO FIBER.

We know J$ loves fruit- then give it to him at every meal! Give him sweet potatoes or butternut squash - they’re sweet. They just don’t care.

Have they even considered, for one tiny second, if they want to even pretend to try to lose 15 pounds each, that maybe they shouldn't get fries as their side for every meal? Dim couldn't just have fries, he also had to have fried onion strings on top of his greasy burger (I mean, hey I like fried onion strings too, but I don't need to lose 15 pounds and I don't eat fried food every day).

I mean, how exactly do they think they're going to actually lose weight?

They’ve gained so much weight and continue to have fries as a side item. They’re going to be PMM size in a year. I’m surprised they aren’t bigger than they are tbh. Maybe they think they’ll magically lose weight just like Hawaii magically planned itself

Maybe they just got their new safety net idea for when the channel tanks. The open up a room in their house as a bed and breakfast for their stans and charge Star Cruiser prices!

If you pay for the deluxe package, you get the opportunity to clean their office, kitchen and garage!

When they were both working actual jobs and then releasing a vlog per day on top of it (even an 8-10 minute vlog about nothing), I'd give them credit and say that they were working their asses off to make content and post it regularly. They do get a little bit of credit from me for that period in their life, they did work hard to get where they are now.

HOWEVER, once they were both able to quit those jobs and focus solely on the channel, you can tell they stopped working as hard, their creativity floundered, they got used to their luxury lifestyle of making their own schedule and doing whatever they wanted. Even with a small child in tow, you can tell by their videos they only put a few hours into creating them, then however long it takes Jenn to edit (which you know she does last minute and as lazily as possible). They don't work hard anymore, and it shows. Combined they're maybe doing 20 hours of work per week.

This just screams “IRS Audit” if the Trackholes hired the nanny thru the LLC as an employee for tax reasons. I don’t see how this is a legitimate company expense. Please let there be an IRS agent watching this. #homemovies

Just starting this new vlog. Tim showed the park restroom..what the fuck? And he was blown away by this shabby chic patina mirror in there saying people pay "THOUSANDS" of dollars to get that style of mirror. Um, pretty sure that mirror was from Hobby Lobby or TJ Maxx, Tim. This dude only knows "rich people" pricing (in his mind).

You are 100% right. She didn't take the time to make sure she got it done right.
Something's going on with her emotionally again (when does it stop?) I've done stupid stuff like putting on foundation and forgetting to blend it in when I was dealing with 3 kids, work and other issues. For me it was stress.

That pile of toys... major tripping hazard. I wish they'd teach Jackson at this age how to get up, make his bed, put away toys, etc. It's so much easier to do when they're little verses waiting 3 years from now when they refuse to help and think it's punishment and cry. Teach them the basics while young.

It's obvious Jenn feels cleaning is punishment. Looking behind her on the sofa, she won't even fold a blanket up after using it. Come on! That takes 15 seconds.

She wants no part of being a mother to this child and it is very painfully obvious
The only excuse to not roughhouse with your own kid is if you’re pregnant
Honestly I think that we should quit with the “she doesn’t drink” jokes because obviously she doesn’t say that anymore she hasn’t said that for a long time and she does drink

Is she actually serious, like wtf, all kids do that, they think it's great fun an it's hardly sore if they are crawling over you, jezzz my neice at 1 launches herself off the sofa at your head, not once have we ever stopped her, we do however place big cousins around the floor more so for her safety but she's allowed to be wild like that, I honestly feel sad that she continues to say he's wild or too rough, he is the most docile kid I've seen, they never let him be "wild" an I dare say they are not working on his vestibular simulation, we never see them letting him spin around, dangle upside down (for a short time) rolling around etc cause all of those would be classed as being "wild" poor kid is gonna have serious balance issues when he's older
