I don't understand why they keeping getting the Purple Carrot box if there's always an issue with it. Also, if you unpacked the box and checked the contents when it arrived, you'd know beforehand whether or not you need to run to the store to replace any missing/spoiled ingredients. It just amazes me how inept these YouTubers are at everyday life.

We did Purple Carrot (as well as trying Hello Fresh, Marley Spoon, Sun Basket, Dinnerly, etc.) during the pandemic. Hands down, we had the LEAST issues with Purple Carrot. It was friggin awesome if you wanted to eat clean, vegan meals. Expensive as hell (but I got us deals) but awesome. I think out of the many many meals we tried, we probably didn't like one. They were that remarkably tasty.

Either they have the absolute worst luck w/ these boxes - and yes, why keep getting them OR they don't cook the food in a timely manner so the perishables just sit there...perishing... while they're eating out all the time. I'm thinking it's the latter. Totally.

(Edited to add: I'll also add that the veggies and stuff we got from them were the nicest, freshest of any of the other boxes we tried...so again, it's them, not Purple Carrot)

Did anyone notice at dinner the switch in seats again?! It happened on the cruise when they went to dinner with the manny, Jackson seemed to get a bit louder, cue Tim moving to Jenn's seat beside him in the next cut. Same thing happened here and I feel like it happened in Hawaii too. I'm guessing Jenn wants to be close to him to start, because that's her baby, but when he starts needing more attention to keep his voice at a reasonable range for a restaurant or sat still, Tim has to take over because Jenn can't handle it.

Maybe that's why they mentioned the other table being difficult. When they first zoomed around the restaurant, no one was out there with them. Then as night goes on, another table is sat out with them, child is being a child, Jenn can't handle him so boom parent swap and Jenn calling the other table difficult, when I'm sure it was just them maybe asking the server to sit them somewhere else or something.

OMG- she thinks she’s Stassi from Vanderpump Rules. She really had J$ say Outfit of the Day. and then Timmy says J$ should dress like Shep from Southern Charm. Good lord these two want to be on a reality tv show so bad.

I can not imagine asking an eye Dr to film that shit with that giant ass camera!

I can't believe they needed the nanny for barely an overnight stay. They arrived around dinner time did a tour, went to dinner, played a game for 4 seconds and went to bed. That air bnb is honestly tacky, the pool has no privacy & the house is just a smaller version of their crapmansion

I lost count when I screamed at the TV when Tim said the C in ECV was comfort. But somewhere around 2,034.

I especially loved how he started it off by saying there's a lot of terminology that they use that other people may not be familiar with (as if the two of them are friggin Ph.D.s or something) ...and then goes and calls it the wrong name.

Why can't lazy ass take JP to a mommy and me class or music and art classes? he needs stimulation that isn't his parents saying, do you like it buddeeeeeee. They also throw.money on toys for him and he is happiest with a rock.. A nanny is a status symbol for Jennyo and we have all seen how giddy she is when she has her alone time.

I bet they would say no due to covid but have zero problem flying all over, eating indoors, being in crowds at theme parks, etc. They pick and choose and it is infuriating.

Anyone get the feeling the same people who say the trackers work so hard & full time, don’t think retail workers & others should earn a living wage? Not trying to start that discussion on minimum wage, etc.. I just want to understand how anyone thinks these two work full time. Just have an inkling they have no respect for people who actually bust their asses at shit jobs to support their families.

To be fair, Jenn just said the family were being a bit difficult and the staff handled them well. There are a lot of conclusions being drawn to what being difficult meant and nothing I saw in the vlog suggested the family involved even noticed the Trackholes. They might have been demanding on tweaks to their meal or anything else completely unrelated to their presence. Unless I'm missing something? I skimmed through because it was Jenn dominated and I also don't like to encourage their exploitation of their kid. I basically saw enough to think Jenn's boobs looked decidedly Matronly in that blouse and that bit about the other family. Awful lighting and could see J$ shadow just standing their waiting for them.

I was thinking the same thing with J being too noisy - who takes a book that plays loud music to an upscale restaurant to amuse their child? Might be just me, but unless my child had a reasonable attention span, I wouldn't have taken her as it wouldn't have been fair to the other patrons. Not J's fault as he has been trained to eat by himself staring at a screen - and when he's done, he's free.

I hate seeing kids being raised by a tablet. And it's ONLY acceptable in a public place (especially a restaurant) if the kid has earphones on. The other table would have been well within their right to complain about that shit. The Slackers are so freaking entitled they really don't give a shit about anyone else.

I don't know many 40 year old men who drive around their wives who can't drive and sit in the back seat and also drive around a second woman in the passenger seat who is there to stand in for their wife to mother their child for them? It is weird as fuck. I don't even want to think about anything to do with them and sex. (The sister wives show I referenced is definitely not about sex, trust me. None of them are having any , well except the youngest wife he brought into the marriage which eventually made the whole thing go down the toilet. )

I can't think of anything more odd and uncomfortable than a grown man tooling around in his Tesla with his wife and son in the back and another woman in the front who is staying with them overnight. I do not get it. Leave the kid at HOME if you have to pay for a nanny. Jesus.

That drink is juuuuust out of reach too. My kid was feeding herself way before 2. I think dim hates mess, since he is probably the only one who bathes the kid. I can't stand these two.

The irony is Tim is feeding Jackson with a fork meant for his little hands to hold.
And yeah, they've always kept all his food just out of reach of the boy. Tim just won't release any control over the child. Let him make that mess.

I, for one, welcome their new nanny overlord. This is completely blanket but many, if not most, people who feel the YouTube is Life and vlog on it perpetually are full on narcissists. Their kid was always going to suffer, maybe with 'Amah Lynn' he'll find the attention, repetition and structure he actually needs with no other conditions but his own growth. She is a desperately needed stabilizing influence. They cannot provide this. I think deep down, they know it.
I'm all about Amah. I hope they keep her until he leaves for college. And that they never have another child. They don't have that in them. Not everyone does. That's okay.
It may be the one decent decision they've ever made for him. It may be a rare time that his mother put his needs first while fulfilling her own wants.
I'm still going to rag the shit out of them for this and whatever else strikes me- but this was a good thing.

I hear what you are saying but......What happens when J$ gets emotionally attached to his new mother figure and Gin either gets jealous that J$ loves Lynn more (or worse, accidently call Lynn "mommy" in front of Gin) or their channel can no longer support the expense? Poor J$ gets the worst of this deal too. He will lose the only constant that actually pays attention to him or help him.
It has already been speculated that even the best YT vloggers have a shelf life of 15yrs (give or take). How long do they have left on this lease? We are already seeing the steady decline of their channel. They see it. They know it. But instead of hiring an actual professional editor they farm out their kid to someone else to raise him. These are the most formative years. But no, they made the most selfish decision.
Best for J$? In the short term. But with the Slackers, no one lasts long in their lives. I hope the kid doesn't get too attached to her.

They won't be able to create content without him, they may get away with limiting how long he's on for but they have developed rabid stans that will demand they show him an constantly bombard them with where he is, they have created a dangerous circle of lunitics that will NEED to see him an they won't be able to get out of it now, these nutters will eventually turn angry because they feel its their right to see the kid an they are being denied that right, let's not forget the crazy ones that view him as "family"

This is why you never do this in the first place, had they kept him from being on the vlogs or highly limited him being on then they wouldn't have developed these stans, now it's too late, the crazy stans are there now
