The editing doesn’t look professional, or that much different than Jenn’s. They should have hired Kitra if they were looking for improvement instead of the shirking of one more of Jenn’s responsibilities.

I could see the school maybe saying something off handedly about how they'd prefer them not to drop off Buddy on a cruise departure day but they'd likely twist and contort whatever they heard. I really can only imagine what a terror he probably was if they did successfully drop him off. Shudders. Honestly, I think they just want to make sure they can keep dropping him off at school. I agree, I think it's just Jess. And it was interesting that Jen even admitted that someone else was doing it. Sure, she said she wanted to acknowledge the person, but it came across more of a flex that they hired an employee. Like they've become so successful that they needed someone to help with their media empire.
I have told my kids, any experience looks good under experience on a resume, just write how people want to see it. Social Media Coordinator for YT channel of 900+K subs. And babysitter would be---Household/Personal Assistant and would include helping film for YT, driving to the airport, running errands...all things she most likely did on top of watching the kid.
Agreeing with everyone that their social media manager is Jess. I couldn’t differentiate between her editing or Jenn’s. I would love to know what conversations went on to finally allow for an editor and why that editor had to be Jess.
Probably a mix of Jenn bemoaning about being too overworked and Dim getting mad about
getting invites when all he has is an IG and lame TikTok. I do think it's Jess the more I think about it. I could see them trying to say the cruise was a "business expense" and writing off her ticket that way. Lame but sounds just like them. Also, it may have explained why she was around Mike. I'm sure he's probably the most business and logical part of The Tim Tracker LLC and the only one who likely gave her any decent tips.Jenn and Jess are besties. She's not threatened by her.
I'm still convinced that Jess and Mike are related/affiliated in some way. The way I saw them interact, it really didn't seem like hanging out with my employers friend vibe. I definitely don't think they are romantically involved, to be clear.

Add the fact one of those children also may have some sort of disability that looks pretty good.
While they do still have ~stans~ that haven’t given up on them yet and obviously some hatewatchers, their channel is so stagnant. Views going down, subscriber numbers not moving up at all.

IMO, I think the TikToks are done by someone who has experience.
They said Tim would be in California for another week. I guess he has the two races and the Oogie Boogie Bash. I assume he'll also be trekking up to Universal again for HHN. I wonder what else he could be doing to spend another week? Probably just wanted more days away from Jen and with Mike.

Well there was one Tattler who approached T&J to chat and do the outro and they blew her off because she was a PoC, only to let a white family do the outro. So not nice to everyone.
I think it's Jess. Most twenty somethings will be doing TikTok better than two beer spa washups. I do think they look a little bit better than
gems though. Speaking of which I'm pretty sure their 300 subscriber channel is dead they haven't updated on there in months. Sad Temu Trackers did not stand the test of time.And they are terrible to park staff too. I want to say the Wiki has a list of horror stories about their behavior in it. I sort of think Molly, fwiw doesn't hide who she is. She doesn't try to ooze a fake nice exterior like Jenn does or is way worse about doing it since her bitchiness sometimes comes off on camera (at least when I watch). It will be interesting seeing their Alaska cruise because just watching the first couple of days of it (they combined days 1 and 2 in one video) I could see Tim and Jenn complaining endlessly.
Hold up everyone--I'm gonna stand up for Jenn for a second. She has two kids that she clearly cannot handle on her own. While going to D23 certainly wasn't mandatory for his "work", it is an important event to be at for someone who covers theme parks. I'll give him that. It was not necessary for Tim to be in California for an entire week, Wed-Wed to cover a Fri-Sat-Sun event.

Looking at dates, Tim might actually not be able to do any Halloween events. There's no OBB during the race weekend, so would have to fly in on Tuesday or stay down in Anaheim through the following Tuesday. HHN only runs Thursday through Sunday and I can't see him going on Saturday, unless he uses that as his excuse to not do the half.
He mentioned getting to see Doofenshmirtz, so he's going to OBB. Jenn was all confused as she thought he was here too. It's literally her job to keep up with this tit. I don't know how she doesn't have a blessed clue what is what. And it's all over every form of social media.
He also mentioned---maybe it was the podcast?---that the only friend going is Adam. So maybe Mike is sitting this one out?
But he also says his retiring after this race...but I found that he's registered at the Sea World 5K which is September 13th. So who knows what's the actual truth with him. Mike was also registered for that.
