Lake Nona is a lot closer than Sanford to everything.
---

Love breakfast at the Townhouse!
Don’t tell Jenn, but Oviedo has a “fancy”
Goodwill!
Eh, I guess define "everything."

I'm thinking more along the lines of not requiring having to go on toll roads and using your SunPass just to get from A to B anywhere in the greater Orlando metro area. I'm all about knowing my backroads in the event shit happens on the bigger roads like the 417, 408, I-4, 528, etc. and you have to admit that if something happened on one of those roads, it's kinda a bitch to try and navigate back to Nona. 🤷‍♀️ Maybe I'm just not a fan. :ROFLMAO:

Again, the general estimate of what YouTube pays is 0.01 to 0.03 per view. If they are getting 2 million views a month, assuming they are on the low side of the per view count that’s still 20k in revenue a month at least. I’m guessing they can survive on that, even with the lavish cruises etc.

It is. Their actual last name appears on the screenshots from the 10K timing.

The channel started out as a way for friends and family to "track" Tim and the things he did around Central Florida. So it was The Tim Tracker. Then Jenn schmoozed her way in.
I see - was there a time of him saying ‘no that’s not my last name’ but then just resigning to the fact people thought it was? 😁

Sick as a dog with flu, y'all have been entertaining me while I am lucid, lol

I'm still more useful than Jenn so there's that

SO many Americans have health issues due to weight, I can't imagine if we had an NHS how overrun it would be just because of all the health issues obesity causes. It's already pretty bad for Medicare et cetera (just in my experience dealing with it with my mom before she died). They are going to be so screwed, already possibly are.
I hope you feel better.

Well, to be fair even with their sheer laziness last time I checked the house is worth a lot more than when they originally bought it though I bet a lot of that is due to inflation.
That valuation is theoretical. You have to deduct all the things they have ficked up
In the house and their negative curb appeal.

My home has a similar valuation to theirs but houses aren’t getting it on the market unfortunately.

I always thought they just went to fill her gullet after Buddy's school. Didn't they say there was a froyo place there?

Sad I missed this yawn fest...but I actually had to work like most everyone else who is not Jenn.

It's 1:35pm here in Florida....🎶

And she did specifically mention the time zone--Eastern Standard Time because I wondered if it was Daylight time if she would have known the difference.

@CMDisney, are you open to potentially meet up in the DL area (hotel or DD) next week?

I have never met a fellow tattler.
Though I get the impression @Quasimodo lives very close to me.

Are there any other tattlers participating in the DL half marathon weekend?
That would be fun! Not sure what kind of free time, as we have planned so much to be packed into the weekend. What were you thinking? 😊

Not to defend the Bojo. But is it possible his "Friend" that's running the Dopey just wanted to pace really slow in the 10K to not burn energy for the half and the full?
Most “Dopey” runners do do this.
It shouldn’t diminish the fact that Tim ran the race within the required finishing time.

I hope Nick is not paying the price.
Being it’s his first Dopey, I believe he went out too fast. His second segment (4 miles) of the half marathon 7 is quite a bit slower than his 5K (3.1 miles).

Same here. When we moved to the Orlando area, we wanted an established neighborhood with lots of actual, mature trees, and houses that were built prior to the late 90s-early 2000s to avoid the poor quality drywall used in that time period. We ended up in the Oviedo area and love it. Our yard has a ton of huge trees, and we're super close to the main things we enjoy doing. We still go to the theme parks often (we're hitting up Disney Springs tonight even) but are far away from the touristy stuff. I love this area and really don't think I'd ever move from it.
Yep. We're in the Wekiva Springs area (unincorporated Longwood), if you're familiar. :)

Love Oviedo! Our family's endodontist is in Oviedo too (Oviedo Endodontics) and we love Town House.

And watching the podcast someone had to upstage. She really shouldn't have. It's as dull as expected. They are currently talking about Disney Channel movies and Grease.

The Nick and Tim podcast is already slowly dying. It sucks. They have no chemistry and it is boring as hell. Nobody is going to be paying to watch it or be in a Patreon group for it. I give it until March/April before Jenn weasels her way in it weekly and they act like Nick is too busy with a family emergency to be on it anymore.

By the way, since Tim edited the podcast then he left in that part where Nick talked about his autistic son and he just sat there listening.

If he thinks his home vlog topics are too boring for a vlog, how can he think this podcast is any good? And it gets 1/2 the views and they only do one weekly.
Probably because it doesn't have Jenn in it.

I wonder if he got the idea to run when a photo pass photographer was coming up from Nick. Nick is tagged in a reel on Insta and the person says, “we are run Disney athletes. I’m going to plan out the time I run for when there’s photo pass coming up.” (It’s a trend they are doing that’s popular on Tik Tok.)
That is not a new thing, people have been doing it forever. I was in multiple run clubs where we would plan to do this to get great photos in the more “fun run” type races. Run Like a Diva, the Disney races, etc.

A great strategy. When our son was the same age we gave him a bank of 7 hours a week to play video games. He could use it how he pleased - all in one day, an hour a day - what ever he wanted. When it was gone that was it. He could earn extra gaming time by reading - 15 mins of reading = 15 mins of gaming time.

Interestingly when he found Harry Potter and Skullduggery Fletcher his reading far outstripped his gaming. He is 21 now and still loves both gaming and reading although the former in moderation.
I need to try this again. We weren't consistent - my husband is rarely consistent with parenting things like this so it's mostly on me.

I knew the UK had a high percentage of obese people like the US but looking it up - yikes. I can't imagine the immense burden of cost all of that is on a socialized healthcare system, especially with my generation saying how healthy and fine it is to BE obese. Only interactions I've had with the NHS was calling once because I was an idiot who left my inhaler at home in the US and tried to get one OTC, so I called the help line! I always remember to keep one in my suitcase now for when I come over in case I need it. One cousin - my aunty - is a retired nurse midwife and her son is a cardiologist. It's been interesting talking about the comparisons of our systems.

It makes me wonder about Dim and Jenn's healthcare, considering here it's tied to employment (very stupid decision made so long ago). They're going to be paying for their lifestyle fairly quickly in their health but don't bother changing habits to be better, healthier people for their kids because they would rather gorge and don't care. Don't they see what they are doing to themselves?!
Yeah it isn't great. It's crippling everyone, but doctors are too scared to tell people they are in need of help with their weight for fear of being called a bigot. And then there's the old saying of you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink. So many people claim they want help but then don't want to put the work in. It is a huge lifestyle change, but I can also sympathise because in the Western world we have had lifestyles of abundant unhealthy junk food forced onto us and at a cheap price. Not excusing them, but I can see how we are in this mess for sure! I mostly sympathise with the doctors though. The nutritionists, dieticians, all of the specialists. I can't imagine having to tell someone if they don't sort out their eating habits, they'll drop dead before their kids reach their 20's and then having said person go "Nahh, not me, Doc! Picture of health!" It's the kind of thing I can imagine Tim and Jenn to do, and as much as I dislike them, I would never wish for them to experience a heart attack or anything like that. Those kids need their parents, as useless as they are :(

And I had heard you guys have work linked healthcare packages. My partner recently got one with their job, and to qualify for a bunch of the benefits, his coworkers have to use a pedometer to count steps and stuff. It's mental. But yeah... Tim and Jenn need to sort themselves out, Jenn especially. Gaining as much weight as she has done, being female and heading towards menopause years, so needs to be so careful. Being obese + increased risk of osteoporosis = nightmare. Never mind her heart.
