I agree with this . My kids dad got locked up 10 days before my due date for assaulting me . He got locked up for 5 months and when he was released he took me to court and was given weekly access with our youngest daughter. So I cant imagine what Billy is after doing for no contact with his daughter.No! Have just a friend go through a dv court case. He started when she was pregnant, kicked her etc, head butted her when the kid was in his arms etc and even Had a using a weapon charge against the child and he still got weekly/ overnights contact with the kid as the contact centres are too full.
What ever he’s done, it’s got to be really bad, as the court system is in favour of both parents having contact.

I think this too - I don’t think it’s as elaborate as people are guessing. He’s probably been told not to go near Melissa from police and as she always has aria that’s that. He won’t fight for aria cos he doesn’t care. Mel not so smug to her followers now though is sheI don’t think it’s got to court yet I just reckon by the police he’s been told he can’t go near Mel and obvs Mel has aria. I doubt it’ll go to court because he seems the type that it’ll fit perfectly to totally ignore his children anyway and not bother. He won’t want to pay to fight for them.
