My brother is a solicitor who specialises in family law & said it’s so rare these days for the dad to get zero contact. And unless he’s done something to the child, which I doubt as he’s still roaming free, then she’ll have some explaining to do at court. I also don’t believe she entertains him when it suits her, I think she stupidly thinks she’s the cream of the crop & he will change for her. He’s a narc, they don’t change.

No contact by who? She hasn’t been to court, so unless the police have arrested him & he’s been charged for something and has to stay away from the child - she can’t just decide to go no contact. Well I mean she can but when she gets to court unless he’s done something to the child & she has police evidence, she’ll be hung out to dry. It’s frustrating as quite a lot of men who are abusive to their spouses tend to use the legal system to their advantage to further harass & because they haven’t actually done anything to the kids (though id say abusing the parent is equally detrimental) courts don’t care. Even supervised visits granted, as she doesn't feel safe around him and there's no family close by, I would imagine they either will need either mediation or some sort of social intervention.
I wouldn't be surprised if they're back together at Christmas sadly. It's always hard to get fully out of a relationship like that, especially when you have children tieing you together, even more so when there's no family support close by.

As much as I don’t like her as a person I do respect her for keeping quiet about the details and safeguarding her daughter. She’s probably either spoke to Caffcass or social services and it’s them who have suggested no contact until court proceedings. You have to tread carefully as anything can be used as evidence. If she’s claiming his a narcissist and abusive. Then to start having contact with him won’t help her case.
I believe she’s staying in her house until bailiffs take over the property so then she’s homeless and can approach the council for temporary housing. If she moves out now she won’t get no help with council as she would of made herself intentionally homeless

She may not have gone through the entire court process RE custody, but there are temporary orders that can be filed to stop contact until the case has been seen in full.She’s clearly been to court, she said social, police and professionals all agreed no contact. She said it was out of her hands even if she wanted him to have contact, she was told not to. She’s got an emergency order in place until the custody hearing. I work in family law and the huge back log depends on area. There’s no backlog where I am and you can get an emergency order within 48 hours. With her area I believe the backlog isn’t too bad so it isn’t unreasonable to think she’s already gone through court. Also with him turning up harrsssing her, bashing on her door at all hours of the night, it’s no surprise they’ve said no contact. Even if courts not happened yet, police and social will say with that going on he’s unfit to be around her so to stop contact. Others are entitled to their opinions but personally I think she’s gone to court and has an emergency order in place until they go to court
Maybe she feels going down the council route is more stable for her and aria. As she’s just been hit with the news the landlord is selling up. So she might not want to get comfy in another rented property for them to do that again and she will be homeless again with her child. So it’s all assumptions then not facts? She’s been on live every single day & posting on Instagram her practical every move. There’s not a chance in hell she’s paid to speak to a solicitor, filled in & submitted paperwork & had her emergency hearing within the last 7 days that she’s been spouting this. She’s clearly just reported him to the police for harassment & thinks that’s grounds to keep him away from the kid. she said professionals are involved and it’s out of her hands, she wouldn’t of had a custody hearing yet especially as she said she’s going for cull custody. So she’s obviously got an emergency hearing in place in the interim stopping contact until court decide on the outcome/custody arrangements. It’s not hard to read between the lines, especially when you know how it all works. I’ve watched her lives the last 4 nights and she’s basically said that just not in those exact words
