Does anyone else just love having all their windows open when it starts getting a bit warmer i love letting the fresh air in
Ive vaccumm packed up all my winter pyjamas and jumpers now so if it suddenly gets really cold you can all blame me

Definitely. Waking up in the morning with the windows open and hearing the birds chirping is always a nice thing.

Omg yes I was trying to explain this to my OH yesterday. I was saying how the current rainy day is totally different to the rainy day we had in say January. It feels different, it's a Spring rainy day. He looked at me like I was mad.

Yeah, it's milder and more humid. I think you get more of that smell after rain in spring- petrichor?

Today was nice- warm and sunny and the birds were out in force singing. Of course there's a hint of nice weather and it's ruined by the neighbours' building work and DIY projects drowning out the birdsong

A full week of sunshine where i am, according to met office. Apparently it will be 14c in London by next weekend, too.

I love hearing all the birds in my local park and it's lovely to hear different ones, and identify them using the Merlin bird app I'm learning to identify their different calls. Recent walks in rhe slightly better weather has really improved my mood.

Another rainy day here so I couldn’t hang my washing out - I love the smell of washing dried outdoors.

Yep! One of my neighbours spent the day topless in his garden and then had a bbq The wind was freezing!

I’m betting more wind burn than sun burn today for your neighbour ha ha.
Loving seeing the daffodils, blossoms and the tulips coming up. The beautiful sunshine makes me so happy. Wishing you all a happy, sunny Sunday

It was so lovely in the garden yesterday, really felt like spring. I convinced my boyfriend it was his turn to cut the grass as I've already done it a few times. I felt like such an influencer though because as soon as we packed our mower away both our neighbours were at it cutting their lawns

Planted some snapdragons a few weeks ago, thought I’d done it wrong because nothing was happening and I noticed these the other day (don’t laugh )

Lovely Spring (almost Summer) days we’ve been having, I hope the forecast for next week changes a bit though as I’ve got a week off work and I want some sun Although clearly my plants might need a bit of rain 🪻

It's noticeably lighter in the mornings now. I let the dog out at half 7 and it's not pitch black like it has been.

I bloody love spring
I treated myself to some tulips and daffodils today and put them in a vase together in my bedroom and they’re making me smile

Please take your tulips out or the daffodils will kill them. It sounds mad, but daffodils aren't known for their sharing trait.

It's been very dry here, we've had lots of glorious drying days. Still chilly, I've put my winter coat away and got my fleece out

I live alone too but started this thing recently where I shop almost daily. Sometimes it is literally just going out for one or two items. Not including work stuff, but it means that I have to go outside for a minimum of 40 mins.

I walk past the flower stalls which is nice.

Make a list of things you want to do.

I love indy coffee shops, museums, ice skating and browsing book shops. I would do meals out too.

I seem to have a load of tulips and with the weather being so cold, the petals are staying beautifully, tightly closed, rather than letting it all hang out like a hooker as per usual!
