I've always thought that Fergie must have had some sort of knowledge in order to stay so tied to him. The gossip I heard was about the time that Edward was getting homophobic jibes about leaving the RM and being a theatre luvvie, and it was that the rumours were about the wrong son entirely. Incidentally, Edward seems to have had a helluva shock when Sophie and Louise nearly died, and settled down sensibly- I love the story Sophie told about Louise coming home from primary school and being all confused "Mummy, everyone says that Granny's the Queen!".

When was the last time Andrew is supposed to have had a girlfriend as opposed to trafficked children and Fergie as a friend with benefits?

I dont think that horrible man would be fussed about passing it on!
No exactly. The way he spoke in that documentary when he was trying to defend himself. It was obvious that he thought those girls were there to service him and were just scum that he couldn't care less about. The man is an odious piece of tit.

  1. casual or unconstrained conversation or reports about other people, typically involving details which are not confirmed as true.
"he became the subject of much local gossip"

You're being a bit silly asking for proof in a thread with gossip in the name!

I posted on another thread that a guy I knew was at Gordonstone with Charles - he was a 'scholar' i.e. smart local kid who got a scholarship and shared dorms with Chuck. Said he was mercilessly bullied, head down the loo, beatings etc etc so folk could say they slapped the King of England. He said he felt sorry for him but it was one of those spartan dog-eat-dog type of public schools where you have to look after yourself. Apparently Charles used to beg to be allowed home and whilst Liz was up for it Phil the Greek refused saying it would make a man of him.

I reckon the deal with Fergie is that he can have sex with escorts and women who will be discreet, but not seriously get involved with anyone else. In return she keeps his horrid little secrets and he looks after her financially.

I can well believe that - I personally think those schools create psychopaths (see our current government for proof). I feel really, really bad for him tbh. Apparently that school was particularly bad in terms of spartan bunk beds and no heating. It always confuses me why people send their children away at all but they send them to places where they have to live in glorified youth hostels when they have so much money! My dad was very bright and was down for a scholarship at Winchester but he failed because he didn't know Latin - he ended up at a grammar but I've always been grateful he didn't end up in that place. A colleague of mine from old money sent her son there and he was nearly raped by another student. She tried to make an official complaint and they asked her to withdraw her son.

Prince Charles has said about how much he hated being at boarding school. I'm convinced Edward is gay people haven't got the wrong one, Prince Andrew is a separate matter, its not one or the other, it can be both. Do you remember when Sophie was trying to set up a deal with that Fake Sheikh? well her colleague a man was also telling the Fake Sheikh that Edward was into men, obviously not when Sophie was there.
Also I think it was nice of Fergie to ask that couple whos daughter died from eating that Pret baguette if she could do anything to help when she saw how upset they were on the flight back from France. She could have just sat there and done nothing. I think that's to her credit really.

Edward is defo gay. Sophie is such a credit to the RF
Yes. And he's stunningly thick. Just stunningly so. Early on at Cambridge, he decided he was going to play rugby for his college. He envisioned loads of great publicity about how macho he was and how he was happy to be one of the guys. Of course, what happened was, as soon as a teammate could he threw the ball to Eddie and everyone went 'BUNDLE!' and jumped on top of him, beating the shite out of him. When they all finally got off he was semi-submerged in mud and had to be carried off the pitch. After that he concentrated on trying not to fail his course, which he was going to do until they transferred him to the all-purpose get out of jail subject, Art History. But he even struggled at that. He's been hopeless at everything he's done. His wife is way more valuable to his own family than he is!

I watched The Crown and the parts showing Charles at Gordonstoun was a tough watch. He just didn't fit in. It seems like Charles suffered more than the crown showed. I really felt sorry for him.
List below shows the Royal members who attended Gordonstourn: (William and Harry went to Eton) Speaks volumes about the schooling Charles had.

Philip wanted Charles to go to Gordanstourn as Philip thought that Charles needed to be away from the queen and needed to be toughen up as he was a bit of a mummys boy

I think it's changed a LOT since the princes days. I think it's now an excellent school for kids who aren't academic but are super outdoorsy and into sport which is why it was probably a good fit for the Phillips kids.

I am not criticising the school. Just that maybe Charles childhood memories stopped him sending William and Harry to a school that many royal members attended. Quite happily there. I think Charles probably would have been bullied even if he changed to another school.

I suspect that they would have had to clamp down a lot anyway in the name of child protection and safeguarding, bullying procedures, and so on.
