I understand the buying the fancy gift for a niece that lives with you. He is much closer to Ophelia than any of the others. It’s dangerous territory to imply anything else.
To be fair this is a gossip site and thats what people are going to do - gossip.
I think Luke is closer to Millie (weren't they in the same school year?) and might feel closer to O because of that. If we discuss things like this with no real proof then Tattle might be dismissed as an untrustworthy forum that spreads baseless rumours that could affect a child. All of our gossip so far is very credible and reasonable, no need to ruin that unless someone has more serious proof.
With that said, I wouldn't dismiss anything in this family. Nothing would completely shock me sadly. But Luke specifically doing anything disgraceful would surprise me, as he's the only Radford who can string a sentence together and has a real job. The bar is low but he and Chloe are the normal ones. If you told me something unspeakable had happened in that family I'd predict one of the more gormless lads- or Noel

luke is close to Millie, always has been there’s less than a year between them. In a family that big your gonna be closer to certain siblings .
Millie is such a moody grifter, she was on her phone walking round alton towers while her child was being looked after by her sisters. Sue's lazy content is really scraping the barrel there is absolutely nothing interesting about anything they do. I noticed that none of the children have any manners while out and about so totally believe the story about the stables visit. They grab their mucky fingers at their plates no thank you kiss my arse or anything. The little ones are awful just rude pulling faces and stomping around. Sue is so entitled and has a very haughty attitude she acts like she owns the place wherever they go, it is hard to explain but it is like she thinks there are no others in the world except her and her facially challenged brood. Half of them look like rats the other half look like sloths with their sue shaped soulless eyes.
