Re. Gwen's family.
Some said that she comes from a wealthy family with UK attaches (a Mouchel funded a successful company in UK in late 19e century).
After researching, it appears that this funder (Louis Mouchel) never married and died childless.
Mouchel is a common name in the North of France : especially in Cherbourg area where Gwen's family comes from.
There's no evidence so far that she's from this wealthy family.

Re. Sadie's latest video in the "dark side" of Paris.
She missed the point with the tents in the streets.
They're more likely for illegal migrants who are trying to enter illegally UK via Dunkerque/Cherbourg/Calais.
These tents are given to them by associations who help them.
Maybe some are used by homeless people but not all of them.
These migrants are regularly arrested by the French police and deported but always come back to same point : Paris before heading to the North of France and then, trying to smuggle in trucks or small boats to England.

Yes, she is fairly dim regarding the level of immigrants living on the street. Last time I was in Paris there were a lot camping under the railway arches (I believe they were moved on) The Gendarmes were very quick to give chase to touts as well.

The only shady side I saw was her filming for money.
Given the fact that the Pethericks all look well fed, I am pretty surprised they need money. Perhaps they should consider giving some for food to those poor wretches on the street.

Warning-watching a Petherick vlog could seriously damage your eyes, ears and raise blood pressure with the amount of grifting they do. I've just checked Ryan's latest video about his "adventure" in Spain... Pathetic attempt to find a content for a new video. This poor woman was obviously well known by her neighborhood and by the local police.

Have you noticed how he now asks his viewers to tell in the comments section how is the weather where they live and/or what is their worst holidays experience etc etc... to gain more comments under his videos ?

Before Basmaignée, he lived in Rennes in an apartment with Gwendoline. He was registered as a tradesman in Rennes at this time.

In their latest video, the way he pronounces the name of his friends' chateau : Lagorce being said "Leuuuu Gauuuuurce".
In the previous video, he spoke of the Gauuuurde chauuuuusse of Basmaignée admitting he didn't know what it meant in english (gamekeeper).

When you compare with Philip from Chateau Le Fleur and his perfect french (and French pronounciation). He's Italian from the North of Italy and can speak german too.
I think his english is perfect too (but I'm not a native english speaker).

Mind you... Billy's sister can not even say one word in french after several years of living (and apparently working) in France.

Conclusion : he's not a legal resident in France if he can not get a free Covid test. For that, he needs his Carte Vitale (National Health card), a card only legal residents can get from the French State.
For the non legal residents in France, Covid tests costs between 15 and 30 euros in pharmacies.
Don't tell us you can not pay 20 euros for a Covid test, Michael ! You are ready to go back to Spain soon - just after you little break in a luxury hotel in Madrid recently.
Anyway, you are supposed to get a Covid test to enter Spain and...to come back to France.
Oh and careful : the deadline for your legal status in France/European Union is not "the end of the year, maybe" : it's on the 30th of June. Yes, this coming June !

This is the thing that annoys me about the Chateau owners, how on earth can they work and expect to keep running a successful business if they don’t speak the language of the county they are in?!
