oops sorry, I saw that part of the pca. yes they spoke to the door dash driver so it's true. But can't be jack in the box it has to be from somewhere else that's for sure.

I’m sure they said they’ve spoken to the door dash delivery guy and I think he would have said if Xana seemed surprised by there order?

of course that could come out later but so far that’s not been released

Yes and as he didn’t leave his home until well after they were home he wasn’t stalking them out and about on the day. He’d clearly had them/the house in his sights for some time. Who knows what made him take action that night. The house may have been the focus more than an individual living in it. It was full of beautiful young college women, was a party house so had a lot of footfall, and that sliding door to the kitchen gave easier access.

A girl has come out saying she went on a tinder date with him like 7 years ago and she said he was a bit weird (she said he didn't try anything, but just gave her weird vibes, and that she's definitely had creepier dates) - I wonder if more people who went on dates with him will come out with some info about him? If he pleads guilty, how is the rest of the information about the case published since there wouldn’t be a trial?

I’m not 100% sure on this tbh - hopefully someone else can answer. It’ll come out eventually, trial or no trial these things always do. I think he fully intends to go to trial from what his DA was saying when he was arrested because he wants to prove his innocence

There will always be variables that you can’t control and there will always be things that you don’t think about. He also thinks he maybe took his phone with him so he could take pictures

If he had taken photos he would have had to turn his phone back on and it would have pinged in the area

I think some details would come out but not anywhere near as much as if there was a trial.

That is true but she was found on the floor next to the bed in her room. All of this happened right outside D's room so surely she would have heard more if there had been any kind of altercation there?

I thought in the PCA it said that E&X were going in the bathroom

If the police purposely made out that both Dylan and Bethany were asleep to protect them until he was in custody then it makes me think they don’t believe there is a second perpetrator because otherwise they would still be at risk. If paps have been able to track Dylan down and photograph her in public it doesn’t sound like she’s under any kind of witness protection.

I agree that doesn't look like Dylan either.

that's a good point because there is a youtuber that has done a video on Dylan and Dylan's Father too.

I just saw that the warrant for BK's apartment is sealed until March 1, 2023 when they think that they would finally be done with the investigation.

SPOKANE, Wash. — Whitman County has sealed the search warrant for University of Idaho student murder suspect Bryan Kohberger's residence at the Steptoe Village Apartments in Pullman.

According to court documents, releasing the search warrant would create serious and imminent threats to law enforcement and could prematurely end the investigation which would cause a threat to public safety.

Releasing the details of the Whitman County search warrant would also risk the personal privacy of witnesses, victims and the victims families.
The court documents will be kept sealed for a limited amount of time. Whitman County estimates that the murder investigation will likely come to a close within two months.

The documents will be sealed until March 1st, 2023

Hi @GlassOfBeans, Happy New Year to you and your family and thank you so much for checking on my mom. She has still sick sometimes, I think it's her gallbladder. The doctor at the hospital told her to get it remove through the outpatient surgery. She has been vomiting today and had some diarrhea. Wednesday she sees a kidney specialist and Thursday specialist for the diarrhea. When my mom was in a hospital she had sepsis and I think that she is over the sepsis now, I believe. Today my dad told me that the doctor had told her to use her breathing machine at night that it would help her with her eyes, she was upset by that and her primary care doctor told her the same thing too. She needs to do another sleep study and she will not do it so that she can get another breathing machine.

Back to the case, some people have even pointed out that since Bryan is vegan what is he doing with a leather sheath, they are like it doesn't make any sense. IDK, it's just all so wild to me. That's a valid point. Now, I'm starting to wonder did he really do it. Please don't come for me.

Since I've seen that sealed warrant for Bryan's apartment, I take back that I think that he may be innocent and I also heard that during a livestream that one of the ex boyfriends may have sold Bryan drugs.
