An average lodge shelf life is around 15 years, but the parks in general don't mind older units as long as they are kept up to a set condition level. Both Nick and Lei.... Well Nick mostly spends time every year treating the wood, fixing minor defects, keeping the whole thing rust/moss/mold free so it should last about 25-30 with respect.
The main issue with the lodge will be from a technology perspective, the integrated sound system is already out of date and as internet speeds increase the router will need to be replaced alongside any cabling to bring to cat8 standards to cope with higher speeds, same with the wifi, as 2.4mhz is okay at present but 5mhz is the new standard and does have trouble passing through the metal lining.
I'm sure they started the lodge guys channel shortly after moving in as there wasn't room in the spare bedroom for leigh's kids toys for his childbaiting channel, so that'd put them at around 7 years now, give it another 5 and Nick will be getting keen to replace this one and upgrade to a newer model with more fancy extras.

So many sh*t statements in tonight’s vlog, don’t know where to start!! That Soarin is not new, apart from a few tweaks they’ve used it before, dressing on salad makes it taste nice, who knew!! That was there ususally crock of shite as well. Hubby works in IT so keeps up to date with most tech and said both Apple and Samsung and in fact most mobile suppliers deliberately set world wide prices to avoid people buying cheap abroad and selling at home, and even if by some chance they picked up some kind of bargain the talk of latest model etc is rubbish for the price they quote. Hubby started looking up prices of latest android phones in the US and nothing new was close to $300. Notice they never gave the make/model and Prick didn't show it on camera.

I felt so sorry for their nieces when they were doing the villa tour. It would be perfect for a family holiday not just those 2 saddos. Surely some of their inheritance could be shared with the nieces.
