Yes the one on the last season is an ad. A lot of companies reach out to the Kardashians to have them go to some expensive places in exchange for some free publicity. The family can enjoy the place while the company will then be able to promote it to a larger audience globally.
It's the same story with their clothes. 90% of what you see on them is sent by brands to get free exposure.

I don't even get why companies think it is good advertising, if it is some clothes etc maybe it works, but how many people are in the market to rent an expensive holiday house?
