I just watched the first part, god knows who was on the phone but it definitely wasn’t a professional! She didn’t know for sure the results, she didn’t know why it happened, she was contacting people via email for more information etc. health professionals know what they are talking about, they have all the information in front of them before they tell someone a mistake has been made

It’s not done down the phone but in person without the various professionals involved there and that’s if they were stupid enough to say anything at all without a formal complaint being made first.

There’s a reason people are told to employ legal specialists in medical negligence.

I mean, it could be nothing but it was an interesting angle to film Sarah at. Consider the fact that they are experienced vloggers, the fact Sarah has stated in the past that she got an A Level in drama AND the fact we couldn't see her mouth. Could Chris have been too busy with trying to get the audio right from the other phone?
I would be more likely to believe them if they hadn't filmed the call albeit partially because let's face it if you got news you weren't expecting you'd A) not think to film and B ) you'd be a bit more gobsmacked. I think she was on the phone to Chris and they recorded it before hand

In no world would there be staff in any NHS Trust, on Boxing Day, working through routine cases like this!
We can't staff our units as it is, let alone on the biggest public holiday we celebrate in this country all year!

We had a friend with 5 children ,who on giving birth to number 5 ,decided definitely to get her tubes tied.She was told to come back for her post operative check ,as (and this was 10 or so years ago) ,some women had conceived after the proceedure.She was also told to use contraception until she`d been seen in clinic.She ignored the advice and went on to have a further 3 babies!! Don`t believe for one moment that they weren`t both forewarned about the possibilities. They made enough fuss and saw enough people beforehand. Surgeon`s not to blame here.Not.At.All.

I can see that the Inghams could've known about this for weeks and recorded the call to play for the super boxing day vlog and basically re-enacted the whole thing. For me, it's the timing. So coincidental it comes the day after the big present opening vlog when they are going to get the most views of the year and want to create a bit of drama and a storyline for new followers to get interested in for the rest of the year.

They really must be desperate to either make it up or save it for boxing day.

Yes I agree with this. IF real, they’d have had that call weeks ago based on time frames for results to come through. Probably why Sarah only had half a face in view, someone sat beside with the recording just off camera so it could be heard clearly as if Sarah was on the phone herself. Will see how it all plays out I suppose - I’m sure we will see them slip up soon enough.
