Could they really sue? Surely all the paperwork you sign before an operation would cover the hospitals back for this? They haven’t actually harmed her, have they?

For example:

Patient x goes into hospital to have their right leg amputated.
The consultant and surgery team amputate their left instead.

There’s no paperwork to cover that scenario.

Ligament pain is horrendous. Theres no way she wouldn’t have known.

Also many of us here have been pregnant and suffered ligament pain while pregnant. It kills. It's agony and debilitating.

So getting them cut would be agony. She'd have issues walking and all sorts.

We all know they lie but to try and take down hard working decent people is disgusting, they could afford private maternity care but then they couldn’t do what they are doing now. Troyboy called it months ago that it was a lie, but even by the Inghams standard this is low. Quick google search for Vivienne Westwood earrings, amongst all the real results is one pair from Dh gate(?) lol) for 20 bucks, I don’t know if the earrings look exactly like Sarah’s, but the piece of cardboard is the exact same.

Now I don’t know if esmes are real or fake, but assuming Izzy actually bought them at the mall, .. hers came in a selfridges bag, in a vw box and she pulled the earrings out of a bag, not on cardboard. Pretty sure Sarah just reused esmes packaging for her cardboard earrings.

But I don't believe she had any procedure done in the first place and I certainly don't believe they'd be calling on Boxing Day.

She was consultant led throughout I’m pretty sure they ‘did’ the procedure. There’s no way the team would have taken any chances; they’d have know what they were up against. They were stopped from going on ‘holiday’ again, Jane and Steve moved in after the spud adventure and she was seen weekly. The team knew full well she wasn’t taking care of herself, nor was that thing she’s married to.

You’ll also note from that site that people must seek specialist medical negligence lawyers for advice. None, and I mean none, would advise popping a vlog on youtube for the world to know about it.

I agree, also it says in that link the mistake happens because it is performed by a junior dr but lazy apparently had it done the same time as the c section with a proper consultant as she was so high risk I doubt a junior dr performed the procedure
