When I used to take the subway in Toronto it was a regular occurrence.
Oh, I just remembered another one, although this was in the UK. I used to see a man every day picking his nose behind a newspaper. He thought he was hidden behind his paper but of course he was not. Everyone could see him but no one said anything (we're British, don't you know) including me. I was so sickened by his behaviour that I couldn't even approach him and instead moved to another carriage. I'd rather stand all the way to work than get close to that!

People who post photos of a group at the table in a restaurant after they’ve had a meal but before the plates have been cleared. So everyone is sitting with a dirty plate in front of them.

I flip between thinking he must be like that all the time to him lighting up a fag and swearing as soon as the camera switches off

This one is very specific. Tailcoat suits. Especially Short, large grooms wearing them. They make them look even shorter when their cut off at the knee 
Even worse if their wearing a top hat.

When men do that weird spit, snot, phlegm thing that footballers do and seem to suck back the mucous in their throat right to the back then spit it out.
