My ex husband has an overgrown beard. Granted it’s not my problem anymore but on the rare occasion I have to see the fucker face to face all I can see is a mess of wiry beard hair if you’re going to have a beard look after it and keep it neat!

Exactly. They always look messy and like they can’t be bothered taking care of themselves.

There’s one guy I know who I find really annoying and his beard is just vile. He’d be bad enough without it.

Got the ick really badly this evening. Was speaking to a guy who seemed quite nice…until he started clapping. I don’t know what it was about the way he was clapping…kind of like a seal? It just… that was me done!

Clapping is a minefield for me. It can easily turn to an ick if done in a certain way

Found this thread earlier in the week, read all 45 pages and absolutely cried with laughter at some.
My current icks:
- Men who lift (or try to) weights in the gym that are far too heavy for them so accompany it with that ridiculously loud grunt/shrieking noise. See also, women who come to the gym with a full face of make up, hair hanging all over the place & questionable gym attire.
- Boy racers who insist on driving their car, with exceptionally loud/modified exhausts, right up your a, despite it being a one lane road with on-coming traffic & a 30mph speed limit. Then at the earliest opportunity, overtake dangerously, before speeding off to make their point. Often makes my day then pulling up behind them at a red light whilst they sit in their Seat or Ford Fiesta revving their engine.

A very random ick but when you’re listening to the radio in the car and the host reads out messages from men who have texted in, saying rit like “LOVING THE TUNES MATE, KEEP THEM COMING” !!! I just cannot imagine ‘Dan from Kent’ (do these people even exist?!) actually typing that out on his way to work, pressing send and being like hehe! fingers crossed Greg James reads that one out !
Like I don’t know you, can’t even see you, but just imagining you doing that gives me the ick

When a man does that weird 'cupping' clap like there's a tennis ball in his hand, hard to explain but Christ it puts me off when they do dainty things with their hands and you can't unsee it

If they're gullible- esp when it comes to being roped into home businesses and gimmicky positive thinking programs. Another one is ANYYY *any* conceited looking photos which I pretty much deem to be anything shirtless or trying to show yourself in the gym even if you're NOT shirtless. I guess because I feel like I know exactly what you're trying to do, find somebody desperately and I feel like once you find them you won't even care and won't stop and will still need the attention and the whole cycle is just a total ick and puts me off more than a lot else.

Any jeans that are remotely close to skinny. And EW!! I've just had a thought- any pants that are tight in the butt area but where they don't come up properly around your waist, so there's a gap like a diaper in the back. Usually the guys wearing those also have on old grimey cheap oxford shoes with no socks and dark leg hair sticking out of the shoe and bottom of the pants. God you guys I feel like crawling inside myself and dying now. I didn't even know what imagery was within me.

Update for you:
Found out that he hasn't been well at all, and despite this he's kept trying to work and been very determined. However each time he tried his health got in the way so he's having 6 months off.
Ick no longer there and I feel bad.
