Totally agree. Poor boy. Keep it private. Some people on tattle reported that she switched her account to private at the weekend??? Another attention seeking ploy for increasing engagement figures and validation. Why post this though to strangers? When my eldest has ended up in hospital (several times and overnight), I would contact my family and tell close friends who could help out. I would never dream of broadcasting it to a bunch of strangers so publicly.

It is awful. It certainly comes across as a cry for attention from her. Surely her husband and family should be enough comfort, not strangers? The poor boy was probably in pain, and as parents no one likes seeing their child in pain. I do sympathise. What I can’t condone is how this has been used to gain sympathy - I mean why else post it - if it wasn’t about attention you’d keep it private right? So not only does she story it, but she writes a post along with a hallway photo. This post talks about her son and the amazing NHS (something I agree with her on), yet the hashtags aren’t related to the amazing NHS nor positive words, it’s all about the interior of the house (go look for yourselves). Pretty much sums it up

her engagement rate must have been very low since it’s only at 2.19% whereas a small account i follow which has under 15k followers is at 8.33% (mrs Hinch is at 7.32%)
