Then why get so excited and tease a big reveal on Friday if all you're doing is buying a sinking ship, once helmed by a sexual predator (and still housing innumerable videos featuring said predator)? The whole DIS package, once you remove any references to Pete and take into account their 27 Patreon members, is worth about $1.50. Plus, WDWNT has already began partnering with The World of DVC and DVC Fan, two entities that likely have absolutely no desire in hell to be re-associated with The DIS.

It would be like buying a house where a mass-murder just occurred, and justifying the purchase by saying it still has a great location and once you repaint it, no one will notice.

If this purchase is real, I can't imagine the insane ego boost this is going to give Tom Coreless, who is going through his own relationship scandal right now.

Watching some of these new Christmas party videos, I have to vent about the emotional intelligence of these people. I understand that they're inside a theme park that is built on whimsy, and essentially children's stories, but Adults do enjoy the fun as wel. And, let's face it, it's priced for adults. There's no circumstance where the people filming these vlogs should be behaving at the emotional equivalent of small children. Erica calls fireworks "sky boom booms", and needs to leave early because it's way past her bedtime. I know one or two people who have early schedules, they would not accept an expensive ticket to an event knowing that they wouldn't be attending the entire thing. I also know that if they did accept the ticket as a work commitment, they would have the ethics to actually put in the work required regardless of their personal schedule. It's called balance, and either you have the maturity to live up to your chosen commitments, or you decline the offer and let someone else step into that role. Of course, she brought nothing to the table because the only thing they even use her for is to showcase her questionable allergies. Ryno has better friends on his personal channel who are capable of articulating their thoughts.
Then I made the mistake of watching Deni because I wanted to see what she thought of Jollywood. Deni always irked me because she also is a little stunted. I won't get into the fact that she films herself laughing at nothing, for me it's her language. She uses words like "hubby", and "kiddo" frequently. It's borderline insulting because she's old enough to be somebody's grandmother. Use your big girl words, you dunce, and stop randomly laughing at nothing. Even children's shows use actual words in their programming, why do these grown ass adults act like this?

Yes, I too like to go to Disney parks and have fun, but that dosen't mean that my IQ drops fifty points when I step into them.
So I take it you didn't sign up for her new Patreon? LOL

they went on a few dates. Eric was not an escort but they decided not to maintain a relationship romantically. From what I was told by Pete, they met on Match.com - Eric lived in Tampa and Pete rented out a boat to have them driven around the bay for the first date. They went on a couple of dates and Pete mentioned the Disney real estate thing when Eric mentioned that he sold a couple houses jointly with his brother in Chicago. So eric started on Moving to the Magic (after telling Pete he didn’t want to be with him, so nothing nefarious) and came over to Orlando. Pete got him a Disney annual pass and started the content part of things for real estate.
Oh shit you forgot to include Eric’s booty on the list of his sales too

The amount of court proceedings, especially post Pandemic, that are on Zoom is higher than you might think. There’s even YouTube channels that will record and upload hearings.
Oh for sure - I'm just not used to seeing a Zoom link for a hearing in a citation. A lot of regular docket Zoom links are available on court web pages. But where I'm from, links for special set hearings are sent directly to the parties; not filed publicly for anyone to access. I was about to ask if anyone who lives locally was free that day to be the boots on the ground and go to the courthouse. But it seems like anyone anywhere could log on and watch as an observer, since it's on Zoom.

It’s still there for now. Scroll to the very bottom and look for the section that looks like the 2nd image. Click on the words “Site Dedication.”
The “Site Dedication” text and hyperlink are still there, but the link is dead. Clicking it takes you to:

Yea I spoke about Eric early on and then someone reached out to me about this today.

I can’t say that people don’t change but the first go around, Eric was just looking for quick money to fund his travels. He really didn’t know much about Disney and while he did grow up in the area, he didn’t go to the parks.

He had only sold 2 houses when he took the job and really didn’t ’do’ anything with the opportunity and acted like it was an obligation or annoyance more than anything.

There were several times that people complained about him not getting back to them or flat out, not showing up to their showings when they flew in to see homes and his excuse once was ‘his friend threw a last minute bbq’ and another was ‘he decided to go to Chicago’ as if those were fair reasons to not pick up clients from the airport from showings that he coordinated himself.

As I ‘assume’ whoever he’s partnered with for that podcast likely doesn’t have a real estate license, Eric wouldn’t be able to give him any commissions. This is exactly what happened with Pete. $500k+ came in and Eric was paying Pete $3k per month for advertising. Pete wanted part of the commission and Eric didn’t want that. So when the show picked up and Pete wanted more money to continue advertising, Eric balked and left. He kept the leads and they last around 2ish years. He created a competitor at the time called Magical Moves which never did much so he quit.

Further, with all the leads coming in, he was very reluctant to bring on other agents because he didn’t want to ‘give his money away’ but in doing so, he couldn’t provide good service. He finally brought in an agent and then mainly gave her difficult clients or people with low budgets. I understand the logic in this but it’s not something I personally did or would do. When I brought new agents in, I immediately gave them 3 leads off the bat, I worked them and let them shadow me and gave them the full commission split on them so they could get started with a leg up.

People can change and maybe he will do a better job this go around, but time will tell. Luckily as long as it’s quality and honest then it’ll do fine.

- Update…..I decided to fact check myself before I posted to see if I could get more info. In like 5 minutes of research - Eric left in March 2020. In 2021 he made 21 sales. Since Jan 2022 he’s has 3 total sales. (No judgement but just lets me know the well likely dried up and he’s needing new leads) and on his LinkedIn, he said he’s run ‘Magical Moves’ since 2017 which is clearly untrue because we all know he worked Moving to The Magic starting in 2018/2019 and didn’t have any group prior to that. Checking Magical Moves on Facebook it literally states it was created March 11 2020. Not sure what the point in lying about something that is so easy to fact check or trivial, but it’s in line with what I knew of him years ago.

I think he’ll get business. The show should do well at least for a while and I think he’s as good as most realtors, which I personally don’t think is a high bar after having met so many of them, but if the content is good and he provides a good service then it could likely go much better this time around and NT is a big name like the DIS was so the client base is there regardless.
Was Eric the guy who did the cooking/baking segments from DVC resorts?

Then by all means please point out with quotes what 2 scenarios you’re taking issue with the rest of us missed. Choosing to be overly vague here without “receipts” is causing more confusion. I feel JL has addressed it, but if you feel she has not, then let’s be direct here.

JL has only told us the bigger pieces of her story. Of course there have to be smaller pieces that she hasn’t shared or has only alluded to once or twice.
Multiple people have already pointed out the second scenario involving Pete for which there are no receipts and brings up a lot of bigger questions.

It looks like records are only kept for 50 years from the year of indictment. Since he died in 2001, I would not be surprised if the over 50 years have already passed. I don't think there is going to be an answer here in the positve or negative.

I checked my Florida license website (which hosts all people in Florida with a real estate license) and Thomas or Tom Corless is not a name on it, so he doesn’t have a license and real estate commissions can’t go to a business, on an LLC in the full name of the realtor (so Sean Faulk LLC etc) so if Tom or his company isn’t license and their deal is commission based, then he could the receiver of the money can get up to 5 years in prison.

assuming he’s aware of this, they must be paying a monthly advertising fee that cannot be based on volume brought in because that’s also a violation. So, it has to be a flat rate monthly regardless of sales volume. But, pulling his record it shows 3 sales for sure.

Magicalmoves.com used to be his website but now nothing comes up, so he didn’t renew the license I’m assuming and he also had a YouTube channel by the same name that I searched and now can’t find. Also, I typed Eric gross real estate in YouTube and found nothing as well. So those were clearly pulled. The Magical Moves group on YouTube is listed as a group on Facebook (when I logged out and searched it - it doesn’t come up when I search under my account so I assume I’m blocked) but it shows no posts in the last week. If anyone is in that group and here they would have more insight than I would.
---
And his ‘team’ couldn’t have started prior to March 11 2020 for sure
Sean, I found that he was listed with the Dalton Wade Reality group out of St. Petersburg, FL. I don't know how up to date that is.

I'm losing track of who is who. Who is Jafar in the DIS Unplugged Alumni? I suppose if you go back through the Tattle posts over the last few months it will become obvious but there are hundreds. If people can't be named, initials or a clue would be good. Thanks.

Just had a core memory unlocked yesterday related to the dis unplugged.

For context, I've never had strong opinions about Ryno, but I never understood why so many people didn't care for him.

Then I remembered this one "best and worst" video from years ago where he and Pete were talking about which value, moderate, deluxe, and villa they thought were the best. Pete's answers were standard Pete bullshit, but at he at least had a decent answer for each category.

Ryno's answers were as follows;

Best Value resort - Fort Wilderness
Best Moderate Resort - Fort Wilderness
Best Deluxe Resort - Polynesian
Best Deluxe Villas - Polynesian

Really? Ryno only likes two resorts? and since when are we considering fort wilderness campground to be a value resort?
It suddenly dawned on me that Ryno has never really contributed all that much to the show, and still doesn't.
In Ryno’s semi-defense, Disney has always seen the campsites as a valueish resort and the Cabins pre-DVC slotted as a moderate.

Despite that, why ARE you here Ryno? You easily could’ve used the upheaval/hiatus as a fairly easy alibi to leave if you truly wanted to.
