Every piece has fallen in it's place now.

I had wondered why Jarvis choose the Marquis salon for an update while the peacock room was in far worse state.

Why Annmarie joined in august of 2021, stripped out the grand salon and worked on the Marquis salon paneling for 6 months!

So they very well knew about the structural problems and had to make sure that no one would enter the grand salon in case the ceiling would come down. While they couldn't do tit in these rooms because of the structural problem they moved ahead and did the marquis salon and daddy's toilet. Same for the jardin d'Anglais.
They needed these two -not so costly projects to film while the 50K a month (youtube and patreon) would come in.
Her minions are putting a lot of effort in to play as many flogs as they can. Her view count is going up.

In january Miss Jarvis will have a good laugh not only her patreon went up, her views as well.
Will it be 100K for the month of December she is cashing in?
Bingo!!! Fanny has known about these problems for years and it's all been smoke and mirrors to divert attention and wait until she had the funds and could maximize her begging during Advent.
  • Paneling for the Grand Salon - she's known long before purchasing the paneling there were structural issues. The paneling was just a pretense for 'uncovering' the problem. What a coincidence that the problem 'suddenly' appeared just as the first panel was to be installed. Fanny used the installation of the paneling as an excuse the strip the room and bein to address the problem.
  • Attic - they haven't been up in the attic since they cleaned out part of it last Christmas. It's been at least 18 months, if not longer, since Ian was doing any work up there. Fanny knows the attic structure is comprised and can't bear any weight without risking Narnia crashing through the ceiling.
  • Facade - the architect was supposed to submit for approval in February - nothing - crickets. Can't justify reworking the facade if the building is falling down
  • Lake Restoration - suddenly more survey's were required - again another delay tactic, and Fanny removes a few trees and pretend something will be happening
  • Blue Bedroom - the wallpaper was never finished because Fanny knew the wall wasn't structurally sound. Fanny put a sheet up on the wall when Sillymar first arrived to cover the damn crack and hide that the wall wasn't attached to the floor
  • Marquis Suite - took forward and adding the complicated trim was yet another cleverly concealed delay tactic
  • Chapel - why did the chapel restorer appear with scaffolding 18 (or more months ago) and then disappear. He told Fanny about the problems & additional cost and the pretense of his illness was just a delay tactic.
  • Too rural to get workers - that's BS - Fanny doesn't seem to have any problems getting qualified Notre Dame chapel restoration people to come from Paris to assess the chapel. Or to get 3 fireplaces installed. Or to get lake survey's. Or to get the heating system updated.
So, what does Cuz spend his time doing now? Long winter break with Nutti.

PS. - Cuz can't do all that work himself. He's a finishing carpenter, not a builder. If the Marquis Suite is anything to go by, given his glacial pace, if Cuz does attempt to do the work himself, we'll all be dead by the time he completes it and Snorty will be collecting a pension.

It’s a really intense color. Wouldn’t want an entire room painted, but makes for a beautiful accent. Here in the US, the trend for a LONG time has been various shades of gray and white for everything. I’m just glad to see we’re finally moving away from that.
Grey is still going strong in Canada even the beloved Tim Hortons repainted their outlets in grey and black. I find it so gloomy and depressing

I don't know about y'all, but I've been listening to Maria's "Dance of the Sugarplum PhiPhi" for 10+ hours on repeat now. So generous of fanny to have made that an option in her recent world's shortest advent vlog.

When did you notice the walls and the flooring were separating in the room above? Did any guests mention it? I noticed in many of the clips shown throughout the years that the camera was careful not to show the ceilings in some of the affected guest rooms. Did it just happen over night? That was the more obvious sign of serious structural failure over the sagging beam that was unbelievably ignored for over 20 years. When you get an opinion from a contractor it is wise to find out for yourself what the problem might be and possible solutions to the problem. That way you know a little more ahead of having a contractor examine a situation. Do not go on blind faith. The people you asked to offer opinions on the sagging beam may not have been interested in telling you the truth of the matter. Even a contractor with a basic skill set would have gone directly to the room above to see how it was being affected by the sagging beam beneath it. It is glaringly obvious that the room above was in a serious state of shifting.

In your video Chateau Bedroom Renovation at 10:51, this was probably when the wall and flooring started separating.

Right on!

Stephanie Jarvis thinks believes that her delaying tactics would ensure Patreon support for years and years to come. She has found a steady income and will keep stringing on the reno work across her crumbling castle so she could milk all her Patreon gangsta gays and grannies for as long as she can.

When was the last time she filmed or even mentioned her half-brother's (Gerry) or Nati's apartment? For a season those were quite a priority for her, but now she never talks about them, instead, she is pouring thousands and thousands of Euros into creating a pointless jardin à l'anglaise which is leading to the continued structural compromise of her desecrated chapel. Aside from refurbishing a money-making (Marquis') apartment, a small blue hall, and a toilet, she has featured no other major work in her vlogs except in that stinking garden.

The gay couple from Middlesborough who started work on their crumbling heap just last year has been vlogging about their almost finished third-floor apartment. Their sha-oh was in a more sorry state when they found it than when Stephanie and her exes bought theirs, yet they have done more impressive work in one year than Stephanie has in eighteen years!

For Stephanie, the delay is a ploy to make more money.

So sweet of the Rosieres! Just like Ollie and Sugartits, they've given Fanny her own room in their chateau.

Woooow! She has been renting that room out for 2 years for 220 euro's a day!!! Shameless!

Had she put the rent money for these two rooms in a fund, she would have come a long way.
220E's?? With decor like this??? (Not talking about Hanni...) This room is not worth $75. I have stayed in chateaux up and down and in every corner of France. Let's take one close to Paris; Chateau d'Ermenonville. Go look at what you get for E220... https://www.domainechateauermenonville.com/en

Behind the bed is where the wardrobe was. In 2 years the wall has not been fixed??

Thank the Gods for inventing nails. How would we hang the tapestries...???

From comments on the Shitto Diaries, can you believe people like this actually exist. Schmaltzy crap:

The chateau is telling you it needs help. It trusts you all to make it better. It wouldn't ask for help if it didn't trust you Stephanie. It recognises that you are the one. Sounds bonkers, but it could and should have collapsed by now, with all that weight and bowing, so it has waited for the right time and the right people. Simples! View attachment 1794023

You were meant for these chateau challenges Stephanie, it is your destiny, how else does one become a true Queen of her castle unless she earns the respect of all her subjects? Bow down to you, our Queen! You will conquer every hardship and remain full of class, dignity, and loveliness. All the land will adore La Lande forever after because of all the love and care you've done to re create a such a masterpiece.......I can't wait to visit one day!!! Merry Christmas, everyone !
Elisabeth Hopson, yes it does sound bonkers...

Comment on f/b
Sounds like your cousin can help w/all this and w/Philip at your side - it's another challenge. BTW Was trying to shop on your website and keep getting warnings that is is not safe due would-be-attackers trying to steal one's info. Had not seen this before today.

Attackers or Hackers????
Sounds like a gansta granny who doesn’t know what SSL protocol is 😅

And yes, Fanny for sure doesn’t care to pay $20 extra to protect people’s information 🤦🏻‍♀️

Edit: I feel like maybe I should explain a bit more!
The simplest version is that if a website address starts with “https” is is protected by SSL/TSL protocol and you are safe to enter information in the website (granted, you trust the website owner in the first place!)

Unprotected websites start with “http” and for the love of all things holy! Do Not enter your information in these sites… as much as the Internet is unsafe, these sites are even more unsafe!

And the floor restoration in the attic, that Ian was working on, was that ever finished?I remember she was so excited when they found the decorative beams, we’ve never heard a word about them since. So many projects started and never finished
