Watched an old CD from 4/1/19
It is about the single's party that SJ had, when all of the men canceled but Amaury came. I am wondering if Jocelyn was Amaury's last girlfriend before he moved to the chateau and if she was a friend of SJ.

I'm inclined to believe she'll repeat her previous behaviour of staying in an expensive hotel suite with 24 hour room service, pool and day spa - while the Larkins will have a comfortable and functional Air B&B with a nice view. The view would have to be "glorious" and not just 'nice' to suit Fanny. Plus she won't want to stay in an Air B&B because there'll be no-one to cater to her every wish, except Snorts and there's no evidence he can do anything except paint his nails. They'll all meet up for exploring, excursions, shopping and some meals, but Fanny will want her own space.
Fanny and Sir Snorts a Lot look like 2 flies when wearing those sunglasses with the huge lenses. And they are both sporting very punchable faces in this photo ( not advocating actually punching them, just noting their smug entitled grifting lazy faces).
They both have the Duper’s Delight grins on their faces ( Fanny: See phi phi I told you we can do what we want, Let them eat courgette cake while we spend more money obtained through our duplicity on yet another vacation and let’s shove it in the face of our Patrons/ viewers. We will never be held accountable for our thievery and lies. It’s so LieLande! Wheeeeee! Let’s go drink Greek wine and if you are good, we can go brocanting.)
They are getting more lazy, obnoxious, greedy, and blatantly obvious in their entitled grifting by the day. They just don’t give a tit about even pretending to do restoration or projects. They do the bare minimum just to shoot a video of them doing nothing but shopping, vacationing, and drinking.

Fanny and phi phi will probably want privacy so they can both enjoy separate meetings with the Tinder date of their choice. Of course, the Princess will claim the hotel room so Snorts will most likely have to work his magic in an alleyway or local bar restroom. That’s so LieLande!

He bats for one team but will scam either team. The chatelaine is as dry and worn out as the render crumbling off the chateau. She probably is more than content to blow money than him. The relationship is sexless or involves a strap on.I reckon Snorts bats for both teams, but then what do I know?!

Just a wild thought I'm casting out here. Maybe Larkin sold his share of the farmhouse to phi phi's parents/family, it might expain their incognito visit to the house of horrors earlier.
Therefore SJ & PJ's 'holiday' with the Larkins could be to finalise and sign off on the transaction.

Welcome Plant Person. At some point things we've all had questions and realized many things about Stephanie just didn't add up. You will find it helpful to skim through previous threads and to also read through Wiki. If you still have questions, this is the place to help you see through the smoke and mirrors.
PhiPhis parents encouraged him to become Fannys live in concubine and support squirrel. They encouraged his sponging and YouTube grifting. IMHO, they could not afford to buy out the Larkin Shitto share and why would they buy their lazy son a half share in a farmhouse? Even if he has multiple crowns and dressing gowns and several truckloads of porcelain, he isn’t a little orphan princess like Fanny. Sadly, I must unfortunately disagree.
IMHO, be careful not to give them a heads up to all your plans so they can prepare a defense. In a battle, you want to attack by surprise.

Be cool and do not reveal any more of your strategies or tactics. Don’t forget you have the old battle axe and Percy reading here and they will be at the extravaganza. Fanny believes herself to be part of an upper social class that views regular 9-5 jobs or “work” to be for suckers…little people. It’s “beneath her.” Instead, she views herself to be of the “leisure class” and her work is done as more of a hobby (in her mind she doesn’t need to work, she just works for the “enjoyment” of it). The only thing is…others who are really in that class of people would be embarrassed to be associated with someone who openly grifts and subsists on handouts from patrons. More than likely, she would be viewed as a “poseur” or fraud in those social circles, just as she’s viewed as one here. When someone asks what I do for a living, at least I can hold my head up and say I earn my own money. I don’t have to tell people “I depend upon the generosity of others.”

You have a good point about a hotel. If Fanny had traded for an air B and B or was staying at one for free, she would have talked about it In her videos in order to show how thrifty she was being. She is probably staying in a 5 star hotel like she did in Venice. Princess Fanny deserves only the best! I bet the Larkins are staying several blocks away from her.
I saw them at Dillards back in June and they looked cool/funny but not at that price!
Did Snorty give SJ that huge lip herpes? These people are a train wreck! Remember when SJ said the show wouldn’t be about their relationship she wanted to keep that private? Then don’t film you holding hands and fighting about copper tea pots. Nobody cares! We want to see chateau restoration. I enjoyed watching Dan clean the moat and spruce up the pantry. Selmar making small improvements and Ian doing every crappy job you gave him. You pushed those men away and you are left with a kid that gives you herpes!

Anne Marie, Percy, and Gerry will probably be security. The angry Argentenian bully probably would have been the most formidable security guard but alas, the attributes that made her so formidable were her undoing and led to her being banned from the extravaganza.
The angry sheep and disgruntled peahens and chickens have declined to participate in providing security for the extravaganza as they have already agreed to provide security for the constantly harassed one eyed hedgehog. They are all currently making plans to trip the high heel wearing Sir Snorts a Lot as he is chasing the poor hedgehog across the Dump grounds. They will then escort the hedgehog to the remnants of the English garden for safety.
Ruby has his own plans for the shindig that he wants to keep secret at this time. All he will say is that Snorts should be afraid………very afraid.
Isabelle and friends will do it in such a way that Fanny will gladly spill the beans. She won’t even know who they are. Everyone will have their phones out filming their experience. All you have to do is tell Fanny how wonderful she is and she won’t shut up.
Good strategy and within your rights. After all this is a meeting for association members, not just a fun event and according to the rules she has to have the accounts available for members to peruse.
We know Snorty is not a favourite among the other shiteau owners so I'm confused as to why Nick & Marie would invite Fanny and Snorty along on their summer vacay. Two reasons spring to mind:
- they wanted a playmate for Antoine. When you have an only child, it's not unusual to bring along a friend their age so they have someone to play with and Snorty is closer in age to Antoine than he is to Fanny and her other grifting friends
- Fanny pushed her way in & invited herself along and they were too polite to say no (ooohhh.....you're going to Santorini, I've always wanted to go there......oooh, you've rented a villa with an extra bedroom....oooh, that would be paaaarfact)
I've learned enough about chamfering to last a life time......That was really God awful uncomfortable. I think their freak number is high!
Also switching gears, but when Armoire was giving his lengthy and boring diatribe on making the secret door and the other door slammed?...well, imo it was Nutty who slammed it!!! They all got nervous and then Armoire nervously went to "check on" his bully girlfriend...when in reality the was looking fearful like he was in trouble for something... Maybe Nutty was mad to be cleaning and left out of the conversation.
I truly think she slammed that door.
