Does anyone wonder if Fanny & PhiPhi might not be as close as they're playing it? A bit like the situation with Dan that it was unfolding months before his cry me a river kitchen 2 camera staged vlog? That maybe they're on a break, that this is the slow discard of him - fly my pretty, follow your dreams. Then he doesn't come back? Sad little vlog that Fanny knows she cannot keep him there, that he has to be near where he can get work for his massive acting potential. Sad little vlog from Phi Phi that they will always remain friends..blah blah. Meanwhile Fanny moves on. Philip who? Might be completely wrong but with her new Chateau DIY filming dates looming where she will be seen on mainstream TV. Does she want him out of the way so the old dears watching won't see her with her gigalo toyboy? Hoping she will then get a new raft of patrons to keep the coffers full. Then launching the Oli& Fanny Travel show off the back of any new traffic to her YouTube channels? Off filming more with Oli - will Dan be in tow for those trips leaving PhiPhi totally surplus to requirement. I reckon he's past his sell by date now..sidelined without maybe even knowing it.

Don’t be silly who would babysit the chateau if she gets rid of him before she travels of to holiday I mean film her travel channel.

Well in my area the shelters do not have an abundance of dogs up for adoption especially since covid. Certainly not puppies. I would suspect they want a puppy so it can grow with the girls. I am currently waiting for a puppy long after the death of our dog. I am deathly afraid of dogs but love them. Most of the dogs in shelters here stipulate that adoptees have be very familiar with dogs. I would have loved to adopt an older dog but not confident the dog would not sense my fear. So there are many reasons why people choose adopting a puppy and choosing a particular breed. One to fit their lifestyle.

I think part of the allure of Nutty is that Anne Marie is a captive audience at the Shittoo. There can be slim pickings at the rural Shittoo, especially when Ñutty doesn’t allow you to speak with any women under the age of 50 without her monitoring the conversation.

I am a bit older than you Sideways. I have been divorced for 7 years. For the first couple of years I was scared of being alone and wanted to meet someone else. That resulted in me almost getting involved with the wrong person again. It takes time to truly be OK with being single later in life. Don't be closed to the possibility of a good person but be sure you are comfortable with your single self before you a) get involved with someone else b) make the definite decision that you are going to stay single. What I'm saying is. - don't underestimate the impact of not being one half of a partnership - no matter how shite that partnership might have been. Totally off topic here I know; but I just wanted to reach out to someone that is going through the same as I did!!

Great advice @MrsNeelie . My divorce came through just before lockdown so I had no chance of going out and about and getting involved again. My son worked throughout lockdown so I had outside gossip coming into the house everyday so not on my own completely. Those 2 years really helped me to get to know myself and it was only recently that I’ve decided it’s time to now venture out and about. Might have to join you in Paris for a tattlers singles weekend

You never know, I'll keep my eyes peeled and see if I can spot him and ask some questions or see if I can eavesdrop on a few of his phone calls

I grew up in the Portsmouth area and there was so much to do. I used to Windsurf, dinghy and off shore sailing. It wa fun after coming out of a nightclub to walk along the seafront. Obviously there are places that are not so desirable but lots of lovely places to see as well.

I am pretty sure that SJ knew that something was up and interrupted on purpose because she did not want them to have that private conversation and create an inner clique WITHOUT her, and of course she wanted to make them uncomfortable. (The mental effect of being startled by the devil (speaking of the devil and so on ) makes people more wary of not to speak).

I have had experience with a person that was quite toxic and she could always sense when attitudes towards her were souring. She would always suddenly arrive at the room and act like she was clueless about the private conversations that were going on but her main goal was just to make people stop talking because she was not privy what was being said and always suspicions that it was about her. (And of course it was about her, they are not stupid that their actions have consequences like that )

I thought Sabine's wordlessly smiling and nodding at SJ or the camera was amazingly creepy. Also Dan's squirrelly stepping up to, as if in battle mode, and then back from, the camera. Something's up, as corroborated by SJ's making sure to query Sabine about her departure.

In the end it's all that the wife will put up with. Some have been through a lot just want to leave home and don't care as long as he pays the bills and she's not alone. I'm not sure why some women are afraid to be alone for a while. When Im done with mine. I don't want another one!! Im also 63 but I have been saying that for a long time. I don't need anyone. Let alone an abussive man anywhere in my life

I've not said there is a romantic interest between Dan & Fanny (it will come out 6 months from now if it is the case). More the change in Dan now that Fanny has got him under her control by blowing smoke up his ass about his skills & talents. I know, I know..I'm going to use the narc frame of reference is that how they operate with their love bombing. This is not to say that there is a romantic love intent. Fanny uses it on anyone man, woman, child, volunteer, Ians, waifs & strays ..anyone and everyone. It's not about her giving love,. It's so she gets it back by giving excessive priase, flattery & fake love.

So to me Jarvis loves no-one but herself. She NEEDS to be loved by anything & everything - because that's her fuel. An empty vessel where he void needs to full up of adoration.

If she wants to get rid of Pheef, she needs a new camera guy and editor. Since Potts, it seems, her requirement has been somebody who takes pictures of her 24/7 and Dan, now a fully trussed and stuffed Lalande capon, fits the bill. He's better than Pheef and I daresay took the Casey Neistat class to train up for it fulltime. The only person I thought she actually had the hots for was Petherick. For Pheef it's shopping that is the molten hot center of the relationship, with some fame and granny porn, plus the videography. For Dan, it's videography plus homewrecking, I'd wager. I don't see any sexy time there, especially not after having my attention drawn to the panicky discomfort in the woodshop/Sabine scene.
