I hope he doesn’t pass without her there, respectfully, I’d like hollie to duck off and not hang around, if he goes into cardiac arrest and she’s not there, you can count on her spinning that the doctors did it on purpose.
What a Lovely guy. Almost like he’s got nothing better to be doing. He was out at a restaurant and hotel the night before his brothers appeal hearing though so what do you expect
When Mum was ITU the nursing staff were amazing and caring, especially with my elderly and confused father. We didn’t stay overnight but went up each day.
At lunchtime they would come and suggest we had a break, and that the small canteen downstairs had lovely soup today. Or they they would say there was a nice stew or shepherds pie, maybe have that and no need to have a big meal tonight.
They cared for us as much as my Mum.
There were no private rooms, an open ward, but with the curtains half drawn to give each patient and family privacy but allow the nursing team to see each bed and monitor.
They explained what every tube and drip was for and what the monitors meant.
And I believe every ITU unit in the UK has staff who are just are caring and considerate.
We would have been most upset if we had loud objectionable idiots like Hollie disturbing those last few days and being nasty to those wonderful staff.

, have a word with the doctors who published the case and I am fully aware of all medical details of Archie’s case as I was A&e coordinator of kings London one of the major trauma centres and now ward manager of an iccu departmentNew nurses qualify around September and pay the annual fees this time each year.
We spoke about it previously , we were asking previous post why September in particular but they were unaware that some universities have 2/3 intakes throughout the year so nurses pay fees all year around
If they are working in archies best interests... surely his best interest isn't to prolong this charade any longer

FFS her family can't be in the room without a nurse, but they have given no care? Piss off Hollie what a contradiction. I know if god forbid one of my children were in hospital for any amount of time, I would feel so grateful and find it comforting a nurse was I the room continuously checking and looking after them.

I have just this minute read that she plans on giving mouth to mouth if his oxygen is discontinued.

Normally I'd say give her enough rope, but not in this case with the circumstances
I had a baby in NICU for 16 weeks
Even though I was and midwife they STILL explained everything to me
But then I was polite and friendly despite my anxiety
If he dies without her being in the room she won’t outright say it but will do one of her bull posts like “Doctors wanted him dead soon as I was out the room he died hmmm leave you to all make your mind up”

So there's a go fund me at about 30 odd k and a crowd funding for just over 10k what's this money for ? It's become quite apparent that what the moneys been raised for unfortunately won't be an option.
I think it's about high time they give her an estimated bill of how much the treatment has cost to date because spoiler alert the NHS isn't funded with the gold pot from the end of the rainbow. Other countries can't be used as a comparison because let's face it more treatment more dolla. The NHS have the whole country to serve not just one individual.
Its this whole save everything culture. I'm a mum my kids are my life but I know deep down if they couldn't run play smile or interact in anyway I wouldn't want that life for them.
She needs to put her ego down and cuddle her boy before she can't and regrets it for the rest of her life.

This is just cruel now for Archie & for the staff having to care for him and then get abuse from the army.
I can’t imagine how frustrating it must be to work in ICU and them come home and see Deborah who spells can’t with an r in, calling you a murderer and acting like the oracle of medicine because she watches Casualty every Saturday.

They've had ample opportunities. She never seems ro be there.
No as it's not her money and it's not in her savings account I don't think. I only think inheritance effects any benefits you get.
