Yes it’s over the £16k capital limit so she would get no means tested benefits (if she declared it!). If she blew it all it would be deprivation of capital. But it depends who’s holding the money. If another family member has it and is paying things for her or buying her things, then it wouldn’t affect her benefits.

Was Ella in charge of the money? At least on the first crowdfunder, supposedly used to pay, non-existent, legal fees.

A Foundation is to be set up after Archie’s funeral apparently. Maybe if they’d used some of the previous online cash generators money for this they wouldn’t feel the need to set up yet another one.
‘Has raised £1000 in 24 hours’, forgetting to mention that most of these funds consist of one (dubious) donation.
