Am I missing some thing about this ffffiing capsule wardrobe lark. She seems to post a new one every week surely that is the direct opposite of a capsule wardrobe. You hardly ever see her wearing anything but those jeans from Top Shop (don’t get me started on those, someone up high at TS must be pissing their pants with glee they got away with that design ) or a plain white T Shirt. I really don’t know how Anna got so popular... it like she decided on a niche of Monica esque from Friends and created a persona around it... it’s not the real her. Over the years she has now lost touch with reality and what the average person who follows her can afford.

Just had a snoop, seems way bigger than I imagined, no mention of the attic either? Only 111 years on the leasehold too. They will definitely be upgrading to somewhere with outdoor space, she has made no secret of saving up to buy the next place, so I assume a huge upgrade £££. Brighton prices are similar to London.

This is a good point that I think sometimes gets lost in the shuffle. Not everyone can afford to spend $200 on Re/Done jeans (although a local second hand store has a pair on their website for $40) and shopping at fast fashion retailers is the most realistic and financially responsible option. I personally have a hard time shopping vintage and second hand because I'm not straight sized. I think there's a difference between people who buy from a FF retailer because they need something and do try to find quality, timeless pieces. But, influencers and those who try to emulate them fall into the other category: buying for no discernible reason other than wanting the latest trend with no intention of re-wearing. These are the same people that encourage buying a $1 bikini (nothing made by humans should cost a dollar). Unfortunately, the endless hauls and affliate links and coupon codes encourage the constant want for newness, regardless of need or if it came from a FF brand or a more sustainable one.
I said this on Fluer de Force's thread but if these influencers really care about the environment, the quickest and easiest thing they could do is stop receiving PR. The amount of waste alone that PR pacaging generates would make your head spin. A Canadian beauty guru did it like 2 years ago for that reason. She said she and her boyfriend, now husband, had to actually hire someone to go through it to see what was recyclable and what went to the landfill. It got to be too much and she realized how it was negativity impacting the planet.

I don’t mind her, although I agree her eyebrows are becoming ridiculous. The thing that bothers me is her constant “capsule wardrobe” posts. But ALWAYS with new clothes, a true capsule wardrobe shouldn’t have to be updated every two months...

Let's not be sexist please. Just because she and Lily are women doesn't mean they should be limited to wearing certain kinds of clothing. They wear what they are comfortable in and that's fine. I agree with you about the color and the jeans though. Any time either one of them wears color they look terrific. And don't get me started on the whole jeans thing. Why anybody would pay a lot of money for a pair of new jeans that were already ripped is beyond me. If you want to do that, just go down to the thrift store, buy a pair, and distress them yourself. Then those damn high waisted jeans have come back in style and I just can't. I thought we left those in the 90s. Some fashion trends need to die once and for all.I wish she would dress less like an androgenous Mass with legs and more for her shape and age and gender ??she looks so nice in colour! All these black/grey shapeless baggy sweaters and baggy jeans are so horrible and it's literally her every day go to. I wish her and Lilly would stop taking style tips from each other ??
