I just watched a Claudia Suleweski video from a couple of years ago and realized she reminds me of a top-shelf version of Anna - way cooler, naturally stylish, and muuuuch better content.

But what I've come on here to share is that she also loves herself a nerdy looking ginger (Finneas, Billie Eilish's brother) however he's also a million times cooler than Mark. It's like the trendy millenial couple that Mark and Anna wish they were! (Well Anna wishes, Mark's happy to tweak out over birds and trains it seems.)

Re Mark

I think a lot of the blame lies with Anna and not him. Allana and Dejan have a much better work ethic and Allana clearly pushes herself which in turn pushes Dejan to produce good quality content within certain timeframes. If Anna doesn't want to do that, we can't exactly blame Mark for letting her take the lead. Dejan has no desire to be on camera, where as Anna clearly encourages Mark to be on camera. Anna could easily say to Mark, edit out that bit when you interrupt me or for example in her last vlog when she is doing the intro and Mark has the kitchen tap on behind her, she could have easily stopped filming and said 'babes I'm having a vlogging moment here, do you mind?"

Mark seems to see his job helping Anna as a bit of a side hustle, and his main job seems to focus on gardening and feeding the birds - again this is Anna's doing! It just seems like sometime in 2019, after her book launch and everyday edit videos she decided to take her foot off the pedal - maybe because she raked in £££££ and has never really seemed to be on top of her content like she once was. They clearly can afford a comfortable lifestyle, but lets be real here if Anna loses views/sponsorship deals etc they don't have enough £ to continue to fund that kind of lifestyle indefinetly. They've got all their eggs in one basket and don't seem too worried about it. But if Anna lacks real drive and motivation is it any surprise that Mark does too? I know when I had a boss who would bugger off at 3pm on a Friday to go to the pub it was incredibly demotivating and felt like why should I stay late on a Friday to do work if you can't be arsed. I get the same impression from Mark, but he seems quite content with pottering around the house like a retired 70 year old.

I appreciate that lockdown meant we were spending a lot of time with our partners but since restrictions have lifted, has Anna seen any friends? She has seen people with Mark but no girly dinners or anything like that. Can they do anything separately or are they joined at the hip? My boyfriend and I have friends as a couple but also our own friendship groups... it feels like Anna is really lacking in that and even seeing Lily now is an opportunity for the "lads" (gag) to also catch up. Sorry if this doesn't make sense I just feel like she needs some non-Mark time.

The coupley crap is honestly so boring to me. Yes, it’s nice for couples to meet up if they get along well but if Mark and Rich are such great pals they can do their own thing without only meeting when their mummies wives catch up.

But I got the impression (and do correct me if I'm wrong, b/c I've never been pregnant), that pregnant women and new moms often feel like they are just a vessel for this living being and the neverending cycle of feeding it and keeping it alive 24/7 is exhausting. They just feel like bodies at that point, not people. Also, not all women are able to breastfeed, or want to, but I guess that doesn't concern Anna, who is just BUZZING about carrying Mark's seed and has adopted pregnancy as a personality.

Maybe I'm too sensitive but I agree, my boobs aren't some inanimate object and if feels weirdly objectifying, a bit icky.

What I don't agree with is that she can't mention her pregnancy at all (or her tits) just to make other people feel comfortable. She definitely deserves all the criticism for her ignorant comments about karma and documenting every fart, but finding she should't talk about her pregnancy or milk jugs on the off-chance that the sole mention might be uncomfortable for some isn't it either. While that kind of content can surely trigger some people, in that situation it might be better they just unfollow or mute for the sake of their mental health.
