I wonder if anyone has any ideas what my skin irritation could be? I have a itchy sensation within my skin , it's on an area of my left arm and on my left thigh. It is red , probably due to me scratching, and small red spots tend to appear within the itchy area. This is about the third time Ive had this over the last 15 years or so . It only ever happens when it has been hot and then it just disappears like magic after a while. The first time it happened, I got some cream from the gp but they didn't really explain what it was .
Someone I know suggested shingles which I suppose is possible

Is it normal to be seen by a pharmacist for a doctors appointment at your GP? I didn’t know at the time but I did think she was being vague, unhelpful and brushing thing off. I’ve just looked at my gp notes and it shows I was seen by a pharmacist? She said my bp was normal but the reading it was on the day means it was elevated and falls into stage 1 hypertension. I remember her repeating it a few more times and telling me it’s ok now but on the notes she recorded the elevated reading with nothing further added about it. Im thinking of complaining

I'd think you can wear whatever you want to a gym but am not sure if skinny jeans would give much comfort after a while, I love my skinny jeans but I don't think I could wear them on a few things at the gym just because of how restrictive they would start to be an after a while my legs would probably start to get sore

Have you no leggings or even loose trousers like joggers? You could roll them up an maybe keep them in a bag, most gyms have lockers too
I have leggings but I don't carry them all the time, although I suppose I could leave them in the car . Which only works if I've taken the car. I was more thinking about impromptu
bursts of motivation. I suppose nobody does voice what people wear.

Anyone good tech wise?

TV keeps shutting off randomly, have tried hard resetting it, putting it back to default settings (although I don't think I changed anything) an have done a reset on the TV itself, but it still shuts off

I wouldn't say it's that old either, around 6 years old an certainly wasn't a cheap TV (I done research to get a good one as I mainly game)

So just wondering if something was causing it or if it's time to replace which am hoping not too, it's a Samsung oled model
Has it got some setting that turns it off after a certain time? Mine has and there is the option to over ride that. Is it aerial or internet? Is it set to download updates?

A couple of questions about suede

Can someone recommend a good suede polish? I just grabbed some lovely suede shoes from my local outlet and want to keep them looking good over time

in turn I have some suede boots that are so tight on the ankle and a squeeze on the calves. Can anyone recommend the safest way to stretch them out a bit? I don’t mind wearing them in but I can barely do them up at the moment 😭

I want to buy new pillows as mine are looking gross!! I've got 4 of the same brand, which are quiet firm, but i think I want to buy 2 which are a bit softer. Anyone got any recommodations? I'm a side sleeper- willing to pay upto £30.

Hey not sure why you didn’t feel the benefit? They honestly give great results. Don’t tie your hair up for 24hours after the treatment, avoid washing and any sort of moisture for 48hours. We always advise colour after treatment as it can cause colour fading. Yes you should be using sulphate free shampoo and conditioner, don’t feel pressured into buying the brand the salon use you can pick it up in boots x
I've bought some Philip Kingsley shampoo/conditioner anyway as I sued their hair mask and loved it (bought more of that too)
I did just realise I'm working the day after so I'll have to tie my hair back, trying to swap my shift! But if not I'm thinking of tying a ribbon or something loosely around it so it's back but hopefully won't cause any dents or kinks etc.
I'm not sure it was a few years ago now
Thank you!

A relative died and left me money. Ive debts I must use it to pay, hence them leaving it to me, e.g. landlord/credit cards/energy/money towards being evicted. It’s for £7,500. I cant get any advice before March and honestly I don’t trust them as they set up my UC and stole from me, handing my claim around the office and allowing strangers to attend jobcentre “on my behalf”, police wouldn’t help as they had a consent form signed by me saying they could contact anyone, I just didn’t know that meant anyone, including volunteers of the organisation could claim to be me. The transition to UC I trusted them with they screwed up And I cannot access my account because it was set up by them.

I am banned from jobcentre because they triggered PTSD attack, and find dealing with me “too upsetting”.

I don’t know what to do, yes I’ve only just been formally contacted, at gone midnight.. everything is closed tomorrow due to weather.

Ive no gp, no social worker, no one now.

The money can’t go to anywhere else except my main account and it’ll all be taken immediately for debt, and end my small amount of ESA (CB) around and UC (I get around £300 a month for everything). I can’t stop it being taken. I’m being taken to court for non payment of debt and have fines for not paying, because the apps don’t work and the helplines are AI. I feel awful now for even telling.

Im going to end up with nothing at all and I’m terrified.
Can you set up another bank account just for this money? I set up a Revolut account for something similar, it’s all done online. Then have the inheritance paid into that account.

My car has the ceramic paint protection on it, so I assume I don't need to wax it or anything, but is there anything I can use after washing to dry it a bit better so it doesn't dry with those blob marks on it, I have some cloths but they don't really dry it an just move the wet blobs about

Do you want to send them cards? If they are not interested in your child just send one from all of you as a family.
I obvs don’t know the whole story or family dinamics but I wonder if you need to give them cards.
It sounds like you need to cut them out of your life
I would just not do anything don't send a car present if they don't care about your kid their own family flesh and blood I wouldn't bother

Facebook, I am not a fan, in 2012 I created a fake email address, and a Facebook account to view a colleagues holiday pictures. I never used the mail for anything. I received thousands and I do mean thousands of emails to that account.

i have managed to avoid it since, until fairly recently where I have been forced to create an account. Again I created a fake email address, I chose a domain which was nothing to do with one I use for my real email. I did this in November, and has been ok except it keeps logging me out, until this week end when I received a notification in my main account from face book, I marked as spam, blocked and deleted. But they are still coming. How has it connected my accounts and what can I do?

I read a tip about putting food like a packet of rice in the freezer for 2 days and then it will keep in a cupboard for decades as the freezer will have killed off any insect eggs.
