I read a tip about putting food like a packet of rice in the freezer for 2 days and then it will keep in a cupboard for decades as the freezer will have killed off any insect eggs.

I wonder if anyone has any ideas what my skin irritation could be? I have a itchy sensation within my skin , it's on an area of my left arm and on my left thigh. It is red , probably due to me scratching, and small red spots tend to appear within the itchy area. This is about the third time Ive had this over the last 15 years or so . It only ever happens when it has been hot and then it just disappears like magic after a while. The first time it happened, I got some cream from the gp but they didn't really explain what it was .
Someone I know suggested shingles which I suppose is possible
Could it be Psoriasis? I have it an when I get flare ups it sounds similar to this, the little red spots could be due to the scratchy

Not sure it's shingles, last time I had shingles the itching was insane an the spots appeared on their own not due to me scratching plus they are a bit larger then those red spots (if the red spots am thinking you have is correct)

Omg this is amazing. Reading the OP post I thought uh oh this is a long shot bless them. And then immediately after you have the absolute perfect connection for them. I just tattle something.

This is rather obtuse

I’m just a bit annoyed one of the other managers has asked me to breakdown how I’ve reached a conclusion on a report but it’s a common conclusion that everyone puts in their reports. No one else is asked to and I’ve worked there for years. I don’t know what she’s trying to get from that. Maybe wanting me to redo work waste my time explain the obvious it’s all a bit odd. I feel rude explaining something which is obvious back to her but she’s asked me so

It doesn’t sound like shingles I’d it’s in two separate places. Could it be an allergy?

The lining of our dish has started to peel off, obvs needs a replacement but I want to get one that's going to last much longer, will I be better going for a ceramic one?

I really want wraps for my lunch next week but everytime I make wraps and try to roll them, the wraps get holes in them or never as tight as they should be. I’ve added less food in the middle to see if that helps - it doesn’t!
Anyone got any videos I could watch that makes it sink in on how to do a tortilla wrap?!
Treat yourself to a Crimpett, it’s a game changer 😀

If I decided to go to the gym spur of the moment, do you think it would be OK to go wearing skinny jeans and trainers?

Honestly would see it as a positive if it didn’t always feel so much of a faff with the kids (needing to pack snacks, bottles, toys, changing bag.. the kitchen sink 😂) and harder to work around 9month olds naps sometimes, then he’ll have a danger nap in the car on the way home and be a pain to put to bed in the evening 😂
It’ll be easier and less annoying to always be the one visiting my parents as the kids get older I suppose !

Try to remove stress from your life. That’s the only way to successfully deal with it
I wouldn’t even say I’m the stressed type of person I’m quite calm most of the time. I don’t think it’s possible to remove stress from life like that, it would mean not having a care in the world and that’s not possible. I’m going to get some blood work done to see what’s going on.

Does anyone struggle with feeling exhausted in the morning and if so have you found anything to help with it?

All my life I've always struggled with mornings, doesn't matter if I've had a perfect night's sleep with no disturbance or if it's been broken sleep, it's always a struggle to get out bed and leaves me feeling quite honestly pissed off, I don't use an alarm because I naturally wake between 7am an 8am and so long as I am up at 8 then it's fine so it's not like I am being woken from an alarm either, once I am up an had breakfast then am fine, but it's just the whole trying to get out of bed an that drowsy feeling I can't get rid off
I take some B-vitamin in the morning or something like berroca

Summer duvets - I have a coverless 9 tog duvet which is too hot in this weather. But I can't sleep without a duvet

What brands should I look at? Amazon suggests they go down as low as 1.5 tog and they start at £21
