Photo storage on phone. Help. I do backup all my photos on my phone to Google photos. But basically my internal phone gallery is so full to the point I've basically deleted most apps to recoup storage, because I'm terrified if I delete all the photos from my phone gallery it will somehow delete them all from Google photos as well. I've heard horror stories of that happening to others and it's all photos of my baby which I don't want to lose. Should I just save to a hard drive as well or is there another solution. I have deleted crappy photos from my phone gallery and they still show up in Google photos so I know I'm being very irrational lol. But what do others do?
Do you have a laptop or computer? I'll usually put photos from my phone before switching phones to my laptop then transfer them to a usb memory stick, I'll also keep them on my laptop as well but I have the stick for backup, 64gb can usually store hundreds of pics an videos

So I went to a bottomless brunch yesterday evening at the same restaurant me and my friend went to in December. For some reason we were both way more drunk and I ended up being picked up by paramedics and my parents having to come and get me. We drank less than last time and I have no idea why I was in such a bad state and it’s so embarrassing because my parents are going to be so angry in the morning. I wonder if it’s because last time was Christmas and we both drank more at home/socially we’re as we’ve both had busy terms and not been out much, but I don’t understand how I ended up in such a state after a few cocktails.

I put frozen avocado chunks on my pasta for work but ended up off work ill so I froze the portions of pasta with the avocado on it. It says on the packet “once thawed do not re-freeze” but it’s just avocado and will be cooked with the pasta in the microwave. Will it be okay?

Got a night out planned this weekend. Not sure how to wear a blazer without it feeling like I’m going to work 😂?!!! Seen a few on boo hoo but how to make sure it looks more casual than formal? Ty everyone
what kind of bottoms were you fancying?

Can anybody tell me what the big difference between a marriage and a civil partnership is.
We are going to do a civil partnership and not tell our families but it’s mainly to secure our financials because we are getting older.
I’m keen on the partnership but couldn’t really see what the difference is between the two

you need to make an account yes: it’s a very similar format and set up to youtube so you create a “channel” essentially and give your friend the details so she can join you to watch! definitely test it first though (it’s been a little while for me so hopefully nothing’s changed and it works for you!)
Thanks I'll test this out, I think the main problem is with her wanting to watch it at the same time as its airing here in the UK, somtimes with iplayer they put things up after it's aired, if she uses a vpn she should be able to access iplayer herself anyway but if doctor who doesn't go on iplayer till much later then I need another way

It's also a test to see if somthing like this is going to be workable in future, so if something is only airing in America then she can do this for me an let me watch whatever

Interesting to see how many people click their fingers. Never done it and have never done it to anybody. I haven’t even done it to my dog.
I probably wouldn’t say something but I’d be taken aback by somebody clicking their fingers at a child or adult

Thank you. I’m sure we know people who have gone private but I’m pretty sure they’ve had private medical care with work.

I’ll look online.

He’ll be off nursery for 2 weeks over Christmas so I’m just curious to know this time off away from lots of bugs if his breathing calms down.
I hope you find somewhere you're happy with. It will be worth it for peace of mind. If it helps at all, from what I've heard from friends whose children have had breathing issues due to lots of illness from nursery etc, it does settle. Some do have asthma but it's been fairly easy to control in the long term. It's just stressful to deal with until they are bigger!

Wondering if someone can help me.
Where do I recycle old clothes/textiles that I don't want/can't use? I've got old clothes with stains (like bleach and ink etc) on them and bedding that's a bit worse for wear with stains from tan and nail varnish. They are years old anyway but they are in no state to donate/re-use.
Equally, I don't want to put them in landfill. Anyone know where I can take them?

Could it be a wart? I have those on my hands and they're very very itchy until they've "established" themselves.
Erm not sure it is bright write and you cannot see it until you squeeze end of nipple and it’s like a hard white ball. The lady at the breast clinic did say ‘it’s just milk’

Really personal but have you ever had your nipples pierced?
no never, only noticed it when i stopped feeding and it is left side only. It is same breast with 3 fibroadenomas

What does everyone take to work for lunch or does anybody have any ideas of what I could have to mix things up a bit? (I work in an office with only a microwave and kettle for context). I am wanting healthy ideas but I am so bored of bringing the same things everyday (sandwich, jacket potato, pasta or soup).

I think if it’s not secured properly it can do, it might have something hanging loose to it. Worth letting them know as it could be dangerous.
Thanks, I went to check and some of the boards were swinging off 😦 I thought they had to secure them? I called the landlord (we’ve got the same) but they were very blasé, said they’ll pick it up tomorrow. Hope they come out before the weekend.

Had an unexpected eye op today and been told not to carry shopping, bend down etc which is a bit difficult as a non driver so decided to have an Asda delivery which have never had before.
Done all the slot stuff and payment but have no idea what will happen when it is delivered. Is it in bags, in trays, will I have to empty it whilst the drivers is there etc. Help thanks.

Oh no 🙁 I like the Flo PMS vitamins for pmdd. they’re now called O Positiv. They work so well for me, I sent the brand an email pretending to have untold allergies just to be sure they didn’t contain more than vitamins and herbs. I’m not convinced lol but they’re honestly great and if your doctors don’t do something for you, I honestly recommend the supplement 💗
oh amazing thank you I will look into it!

hi hope this is allowed here. basically i live in a 3 story house and currently my bedroom is in the converted loft area but for various reasons i want to moove into a regular smaller room on the 2nd floor, and this would involve alot of moving heavy furniture arround so was wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to hire someone to do the heavy lifting and moving things arround. i know obviously removal companies move furniture but usually from one house to another not just between rooms. a double bed and a king sized bed would both have to be dismantled and moved, pluss a book shelf, draws and other things. so what sort of company would i contact for this sort of thing. i couldn't really find anything online
