Actually they're not! If you're lucky your permanent employer will pay for it if you work in a specialist area so oncology, a&e, icu. If you don't or you are doing another postgraduate not related to your area (ie one in management or leadership) you pay for it yourself and possibly get some back from tax

As said if you work in a specialist area yes they will fund them but management or leadership they won't. I did the course Terrie did and paid the best part if 6k for it. Never got a penny from my employer, government or from tax

Can you photoshop your stomach area? No clue here! She’s tiny but in the grad dress pic you can see she has a tiny post partum tummy (in proportion to her tiny farmer and completely natural) but in the belly top pic she looks so flat. Yea I shouldn’t be analysing so close. Haven’t a clue what can be done with photoshop but just my observation. Anyone else?
