With infant feeding and weight gain, as long as they are consistantly gaining and growing at a steady rate, even if that rate is slow, it wouldnt be considered a case for concern. Unless the weight is dropping or static (which i will assume its not) or they would have intervention, possible hospital admission, specialist dieticians etc. They were almost full term but because they are twins they were a low birth weight, (around 4lb each from memory) so it will follow that they are smaller than other babies their same age. You cannot force a child or baby to eat more, I would like to think she gives them plenty of opportunities to eat which is all you can really do.

They have to gain enough to not drop centile lines, though, and given that they weren't classed as small for twins I really doubt they followed their curve. A drop over 2 centile lines indicates intervention. The HCPs don't look at any gain being a gain. If it's not following the centile line they'll question it.

Nobody knows any of that, though, so it may be unfair to pass comment. But I do agree they appear to be less than well much of the time.

My son was almost two and he couldn’t even hold his head up and he was at physio , had tummy time and special equipment, I was advised that for probably one hour a day to put him in a walker and position his feet so he learns to weight bear. (Although not be in it all day) turned out he had disabilities , Mabye it’s the same for her twins ? I’m not sure I don’t really watch her lives or videos so I’m not sure how old they are lol. Xx

I can honestly say even though my 18 month is a really bad sleeper I stick to his routine every night at half 7. He will have his milk and weetabix before bed and then he will sleep for a few hours then back awake but he does have silent reflux which is why we are up a lot in the night he used to go through a phase before we got help with his reflux where he want settling until 11/12 at night sometimes had me up all night it’s only now I’ve managed to get into some sort off routine. I think every baby is different. Xx I feel for Charlie’s story this morning I’m a single mum and it can get lonely in isolation when you have no one like a partner xx

This is just asking for advice, my baby has just gone one and she is a hefty chunk! She doesn’t fit in a regular car seat anymore as she’s quite tall too, will she be fine to have an upright sitting one? Sorry if you don’t know I’m just clueless on this as I’m a first time mum and don’t drive or anything x

I doubt it tbh. If they were going to do that, they would have bought them instead of Emma on the UK series imo.
