I think there’s a massive difference between a period and then your fanny stretching 10cm so you can push a melon out 😂 if people want to go out cool but I only asked if she was still going to be bleeding as the last thing I’d want to be doing is sat at a party
We was also on about after birth too just comparing. You generally bleed for 4-8 weeks after birth tho

I understand going out if you have to you can help it but I would definitely not go to a party(family or not) a few days after having a baby

Ngl sometimes it’s nice to get out and socialise after having a baby. Staying home and doing the same thing gets boring real fast. Plus she probably wanted to show him off to his family like most mums do

I think it’s difficult to sit around, I found it really difficult with littlestGG because I had such a straightforward birth with him I felt completely fine. Like if you take away the engorged boobs I’d do it over and over again, because that was without a doubt the worst bit. He went to his first wedding at 6 days old 🤷🏻‍♀️🫣

Yes exactly 😂 I had my second child on the Monday home on the Tuesday. My first child's first day of pre school was the Wednesday so I had to take her obviously. Was I bleeding a lot? yes but I bleed a lot with periods too so I get on with it.
Yeah my sister just got on with it after having her kids the only difference was afterwards she was wearing bigger pads than what she normally wears and was doing the kids breakfast, going shopping taking them too school etc like nothing was different besides having an extra baby tag along 🤷🏼‍♀️ world doesn’t just stop being a human has came out of you

When you've already had one child you don't bleed as much with the second. Like I said before if you're used to heavy periods the bleeding is no different to that.

Any one else not have children yet and feeling slightly put off reading this thread? I knew you'd bleed but I thought it was like a normal period not possibly for WEEKS. You're all scaring me :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

You can bleed for about 6 weeks after giving birth...(can be longer too)

🙃 I’m squeamish so was already put off then my sister said it’s like pushing a couch out sideways with spiked all over it and to be fair her nipples kept leaking to and she had wet patches where her boobs where when she was carrying so that put me off straight away

Ok just to change the subject away from the blood talk

I'm sorry, but I wouldn't be posting photos of him with those bruised eyes. I know they'll go away and it's nothing to worry about, but he does look quite scary 🤣🤣

Sorry don’t think that’s fair to say about a newborn baby, out of pocket saying something like this tbh. I’m no fan of Charlie but I’d be heartbroken to read something like that about my new baby.

Same, he's only a new born baby and it feels wrong and horrible reading comments that he looks scary.
