The ironic thing is he did a post once about how he was in the gym and he overheard the people that worked in there taking the piss out of an overweight guy who was working out so Ritchie had told them off about it and gave the guy free membership....is it only ok to be horrible to people if you're Ritchie?
He is a hypocrite! Thick as pigs shit to boot! Can you imagine working for him? It must be so stressful, like walking on eggshells everyday?

This is what I don’t get? Like I believe the caloric deficit thing. It’s science and it’s proven but why do macros matter?

So, I’m vegan , I literally live of fruit and veggies and quinoa rice etc and although I get plenty of protein through nuts, tofu and legumes I’d say my macros are around 20 fat/50 carbs/30 protein. I’m only 115 pounds but I’m trying to get to 100 (pre baby weight) I am steadily loosing 2 pounds a week just by being in a caloric deficit. My hubby who was 18 stone has lost 1.5 stone in 5 weeks doing the same thing!
There is no scientific evidence that you need to up your protein to lose weight! Unless your body building and wanting to really shred down and get rid of any “water weight” you don’t need to eat predominantly high protein foods .
Because he wants you to do what he does, and what he cares about is high protein and muscle building. It’s a control thing. You are more reliant on his way of doing things if you follow their plan and then you are locked in for longer, in my opinion.

What do the affiliates actually do and what do they get out of it?

I watched the video linked above and i can’t understand what they bring to the group in order to progress to elite status? Can someone explain?
I think they bring in sign ups with a 'discount code'....sound familiar? They also set up their own spin off social media channels to increase teamrh reach. That's what i think from what i has observed!

Also I’m curious about him saying people’s words have destroyed her over the past year. I wonder what anyone has actually said, and is it “trolling” that’s impacted her mental health or is it the fact she realises she’s given up her career/life to be tied to a control freak with massive issues? I know what would bother me more!
Its really worrying behaviour! Gonna end in tears unfortunately....

This is so me and I wonder if signing up with something else will add to it but at a fiver a month I'm thinking of having a go for a month...I'll either end up clearer or more spinning?!?!?!!
I think you could contact him first for a chat to see if it’s right for you before signing up. I’m so fed up, I feel like trying to lose weight and all the different information out there is just never ending, I would love to just not ever need to think about what I was eating!

His mask has slipped on many ocassions, it is just crazy how people can't see through him and the ''lovely'' Rachael.

My friend was having her emails, messages etc ignored, no replies, soon as she gave them a 1 star on trustpilot they came running with a refund. They challenge every 1 star review, to the degree of them making people have to send their Team RH receipts etc to trustpilot. People can't be bothered to go through all the rigmorale of that and just lose their own opinion and 1 star rating of the place. Essentially they are big bullies in my opinion, how can their 250k followers not see this? Mind boggles lol
They challenged mine on both there and another site, most of the decent reviews seem to be written by people who have never written one before, they’re determined to keep up the facade

For those that have gone across from rh to preece did your calories remain similar if you kept the same level of activity. I love my food and don’t really want to take a hit in calories lol. Ta
I am not sure, but if you got more or less cals than rh, let them know and they will work with you. As much as I have no time for rh, if you are losing and the plan is working, no need to switch unless prefer different outlook to your journey ❤

I’ve seen people suggest portable ‘handbag’ scales for when out and about. That’s just too far imo.
That is a prime example of taking dieting too far

Haha thank you! I'm looking at James Smith. I just want to know how many calories max I should be having daily in order to lose weight.
I think James Smith does a free trial that calculates your calories. There’s also a facebook group called Nutricrew that gives you the formula to work out your calories yourself, might save you spending any money if all you want is guideline calories.

What is the arsehole on about today?

video 1: bangs on about how someone isn’t losing because they aren’t eating within protein/fibre recommendations even although they are in a caloric deficit. He says they are eating shite so that’s why.

video 2 (only a few hours later).: “I could eat McDonald’s every single day in a caloric deficit and still lose fat. It’s not the foods that you eat, it’s being in a caloric deficit “

make up your mind fuckwit
I can't bear to watch the patronising twat!!

In fairness to them, I completely disagree with their approach, however my cancelling experience was actually pretty positive (the only thing that was!). I think I must have signed up just before they introduced these contracts. I asked to cancel, they said yes, and then advised I actually had 2 DD set up, so refunded me a full 10 months of fees where I’d paid double.
Sorry to hear so many people have been having such a hard time escaping

The irony is, that he encourages the binge restrict cycle with his “diet/bulk” process. All these people forcing down cereal and crumpets 🤮 to make sure they ‘bulk’ and build ‘lean muscle’ it’s crazy. I literally panicked thinking I don’t know how to eat anymore and I’ve never been overweight! I used to just eat intuitively and was bloody FINE. I’m finding my way back to it his week.

as for the staff, plenty of affiliates are treated like shit apparently, but everyone is too scared to speak up.

I have just joined an intuitive eating group on Facebook (which is free) to see what sort of advice is offered there.

There’s a whole video here from an ex affiliate revealing what he’s like to work with:

She seems a lot more professional than the twat that is Richie

I totally agree, I feel like my head is always spinning with conflicting information!
