My friend is a therapist for the nhs that specialises in eating disorder treatment. They blocked her from commenting on their posts because she had been trying to help people that were clearly under eating under their restrictive, disordered plan. They’re evil.

I don’t want to sound cynical but this page seems to be turning into a giant advert for Preece Nutrition! What exactly does he do which is so amazing and different from all the other diet groups?!!

Yeah I’m not a fan of any diet groups, I’m not going to be following any diet plans anymore. But he is a genuine and kind person, who isn’t just trying to get your money at the expense of your physical and mental health.

If you want to be an affiliate they have a sign up page but you have to add them as an admin on your social media pages to make sure you behave - that sounds concerning.

And RH does nothing to stop it. In fact he encourages it with his rsnts.

It was some stupid graphic he created to show weight loss, like a really long disgusting snake thing divided into pounds you could tick off. Think he did it to be ‘funny’. He got like 400 odd comments about how funny it was. No, just grim.

This is something that really needs changed because it is health and wellbeing. It's dangerous to allow any old clown to be dealing with people's mental and physical health when there's no one to regulate them. It's a free for all which is a shambles and really needs somethi g done about it. This idiot is case in point.

It's especially dangerous when every member is in close contact with the owner of the company, who choses to humiliate, insult, bully, pick on, single out members publicly for the whole world to see.
He can dress is up with phrases like no nonsense, no bs or whatever term he choses in an attempt to manipulate it into something less horrendous, but it doesn't take a massive amount of intelligence to see something which is staring everyone in the face.

He's been watching too much of Revenge Body and wants to be like the trainers on there who have a realistic no nonsense approach, but these people aren't treating the folk they're training like absolute scum. No nonsense doesn't require humiliation and bullying.

He’s an abuser. Their M.O is “I only hurt you because I love you” he’s basically saying “I’m only being honest because I want to help you” I’d rather be fat than accept his help. This is an amazing article that sums up wellness professionals and dieting and their moral high ground stance:

My fear, if she did have a baby, would be that he’d use it as another sales technique. Would have her on the treadmill within hours of giving birth. “Look how she’s smashing her goals, no excuses! She’s lost all the baby weight IN A DAY, what’s your excuse?!” Run Rachael!!

Does anyone else feel a lot of the affiliates and members pages are quite misleading? I saw one of the affiliates had shared someone’s RH blog page saying they’d lost 5 stone, which is true but they seem to have only lost half a pound since starting RH a year ago??? I appreciate people often bulk once they get to a goal weight but it read as though she had lost the 5 stone on the RH plan which I think is reall wrong.

They all told everyone the best protein powder around was Natural Nutrients, then when they dropped them they stopped promoting that and now promote their own powder. It is not their personal opinion I think, it is all to sell and make a percentage, exactly what they said they were against all those years ago.

Dropping by to add my two cents on Ashbourne Management. I signed up with these and set up my DD immediately. One month later I get an email with an attached letter stating I owe them £15.61 to cover their admin fees and my arrears. My bank balance would have never fallen below the monthly fee so wasn't sure why it failed. Nevertheless I paid it then contacted them to find out why. They told me that I gave an incorrect IBAN. Out of curiosity, I went back to the original DD sign up page and autofill remembered my IBAN from my initial sign up and it was correct. Also no warning of the payment failing either, just straight to debt collection and only got an explanation when I seeked it out myself.

I find he has no rules around food at all, done a couple of his missions and they have been great.
He can be a bit "bull in a China shop" but I like the fact he will put his hands up and say "I was wrong" when he is, you wouldn't get that from Richie,
