I would feel sorry for them, but they make their choices and are aware of what they are part of I believe.
Surely having been part of their set up they must be aware of what goes on? Must sit well with them?
Tbh I always got a bad feeling about the hubby of that affiliate couple, I can't put my finger on what but to me there was something a bit off with him. I used to quite like the wife though.
I unfollowed all but one affiliate when I left as she seemed different but she is starting to sound more like the rest now so may soon unfollow her too.

I followed a couple of affilates but they slowly began to irritate the hell out of me, couldnt bear to watch them in the end!
Some of the 'Hilarious' stories they told whilst marching on the spot were just pathetic, if thats your thing well fair enough, but i just found it all too cringeworthy!
One of the ex affiliates appeared on Preece Nutrition’s page this week wishing people a happy new year. She’s been through the mill because of RH and it’s affected her really badly mentally. I really felt for her as she was always so cheerful and full of energy and now seems like a shadow of her former self.
See this is another example, another one been suffering at the hands of them. How has this not made mainstream in media for bullying or whatever you want to class this as? Their plan is fine, he is not and it could end up in a suicide one day, is that what it will take till their cult realise that this goes way way beyond ''brutal honesty''?
I still follow Adorkable who is one of their affiliates but I think I’d follow her whether she was or wasn’t an affiliate as I like her. She reminds me very much of a good friend of mine.
Anyway she had a baby last year so inevitably and naturally gained weight. She’s doing lots of steps and counting calories now but I love that she didn’t immediately rush into dieting post birth and allowed herself time to adjust to a larger family and all the stresses this brings.

I’ve read all 22 pages today because RH is a bleep.
I knew of him when he was on a local football forum floating the idea of being a weight loss guru in 2016, I think it was. He was up his own a then but it’s increasingly gone to his head. He’s a bleeping rooster. He needs to see therapy and hisprisoner girlfriend needs to run for the hills.
He loves himself but he’s the type that would tit bricks of someone actually confronted him.
I then saw his FB group and joined (this was forever ago at the beginning) though I never fully bought into “him” but I know that weight loss only comes from a calorie deficit thought I’d give the group a go because I do better with support and accountability.
I’ve always thought his approach was tit but I stayed as part of the group because of the support from other members. I cancelled the membership when he introduced the most chaotic, unfit for purpose, useless app.
He has no idea how to communicate or relate to people, and he can’t physically control everyone so he uses the only tools he knows: apparent shock tactics and attacking people. That works with some people but he’s missing a huge percentage of people who need another type of approach. And because he can’t do it all he uses bully tactics - from the way they respond to reviews to the way in which they’ve created a community where negativity is not allowed. Unless it’s coming from his bleeping cake hole.
I don’t understand how people keep saying his plan works. It’s not his bleeping plan. It’s science. He’s just created a way to monetise it just like all of these other weight loss companies he always calls out. There are so many online personal trainers and weight loss support groups that not only cost less but actually offer you REAL support with the calories in vs calories out info anyone can find online. I don’t understand why anyone chooses this controlling, abusive, money-grabbing, basic witch.

Another point to bear in mind, the majority of his members are women ,easy to bully women, (what a big man!!!..not !) be aggressive, play on their insecurities, they are already feeling crap about themselves hence trying to lose weight!
Love to see him be like that with a bunch of big blokes!

Hypocrite again, he was always banging on about how carbs arent bad, he really is as thick as he is arrogant! A lot of his members are stay at home mams!! Who do duck all all day.........in his opinion wick!!

He was and still is an active well known contributor to the forum. Referred to by his actual name. Many of his posts were about weight loss fitness. Not so much now because he doesn’t need to court for sign ups.
Oh my the level of arrogance is unreal and he is completely clueless if he thinks a stay at home mum does nothing. My mum was a stay at home mum and she never stopped! And theoretically I’m a stay at home mum at the moment (I work part time but I’m working from home currently) and it’s constant - tidying, making meals, doing washing, housework, food shopping, entertaining kids, out for walks, home schooling - more than he could ever get his self absorbed head around! gob!
I have a story that is alleged, take with a pinch of salt, however from what I know of him I personally can imagine this to have happened very easily, but again absolute disclaimer here lol. Also can not remember exact details but you very much get the overview.
A friend of mine was speaking out about him on Instagram and got messaged by someone in North East (probably Sunderland area), he concurred along the lines of him being awful. However before he came to that conclusion for himself, he actually recommended Team RH to a girl at his work rather than join Slimming World. She joined, had reasonable success/failure, kind of stopped following it after a month or so.
However she kept paying her monthly membership despite not following it, and was always one of these things she kept meaning to do, to cancel her membership.
Then one day she was edging forward to drive onto a main road, she started to pull out and should not have, so although not causing a crash or anything major, she still had pulled out a little onto a road. So a van had to move a few yards across a lane and then the car behind had stopped/slowed right down. The car behind had a man shouting really aggressively, throwing arms, obviously effing and jeffing. She then noticed he was with a blonde girl, and also clicked on it was Richie and Rachael. She was really quite shook (not sure if it was anger, being scared etc), but she went home that day and made sure to cancel her membership with them.
