I messaged her last time to ask was living with Ruth ruby/guy who I assume is her new boyfriend because if not it was disappointing to see her so blatantly and brazenly break the rules by being with them - I did message it in a nice way though as I gave her the benefit of the doubt that they might actually be staying together. But no, just socialising and she was so passive aggressive about it, sending me screen shots of info on exercising and that you’re allowed meet another household when exercising. Like sure, but does going for a wander around town, to coffee shops and to take photos count as exercise? Like she clearly couldn’t care less and it is disappointing as I did really like her!

There really is no excuse whatsoever. I think that's why she passively aggressive in responding to the comment, deflection at its finest.

Tara and Ruth must deem their content creating and capturing vibes as essential work and therefore have no regard for guidelines. They're so far above it. I actually did like both girls but now they've shown what they really are, two absolute airheads.
I used to like Tara a lot, when she first moved and actually worked in New York. It seemed exciting and she seemed happy.
Then, work slowed down, and it became a montage of coffee shops she frequents, her vlogs could be shot anywhere at any time, there is no need for her to be in New York.
Once she started hanging out with ruthyruby she changed entirely. With ruthyruby it seems authentic, I wouldn't be a fan, but she has an alternative edge about her. Tara, instead of being her authentic self, emulates and copies whoever is close to her. The fact that her content pretty much mirrors ruthyruby is no coincidence.
Look, I don’t want to be a gatekeeping Karen but it seems pretty dumb to admit to it online when we’re in a strict level 5 lockdown and a few weeks ago had the worst coronavirus rates in the entire world

He actually seemed like a nice guy. He seemed to want nothing to do with her social media, which I thought was refreshing. She spoke in her latest video about how she was more ambitious than her ex and it caused issues in their relationship. I disagree, he flew to New York after getting a masters in whatever he did. She has zero ambition, other than to flog bullshit. Would love to know what her lifelong goal is, and how she thinks her ambition outweighs someone who actually worked hard to achieve what they got, and still wanted to make his own way in New York rather than using her for money etc

Yeah she's not really ambitious. I've followed her for years and years and she was always useless at time management etc. Staying up late to get things done instead of working consistently effectively and getting up early. Just an example. She is definitely lacking in basic management and business skills. No point being ambitious if you ain't gonna work to give yourself the right tools.
I don't even like her style anymore. Her style was better before she started copying Ruth Ruby. That Ruth Ruby has no style at all imo. The arse shots etc are pure cringe.
I'd say by saying her ex wasn't ambitious he probably just didn't covet the same vapid flashy lifestyle as Tara. He seemed like a fairly straight forward person. He must have been somewhat ambitious to get qualified in architecture, thats no easy feat. Define ambition. Does ambition just = being materialistic for Tara?
I haven't watched her latest video. Have seen the thumbnail and I can only imagine the absolute shite she talks in that.
