Watched her jewellery video as I will admit I actually do like most of her pieces - although she really over does it. If you notice her close up shots on the video - her puffed up face and bad skin is so obvious. Just shows how many filters she uses to look how she does in the photos. Oh, cmon, you must admit her skin does look well moisturized. She does have visible pores and should have plucked the eyebrows, but that’s pretty much normal to me. The puffiness in the lips is apparent, for sure.

I think that at least she takes care of her skin. Somehow, people always find time and money for that. And she for sure has both. So, pores, bumps etc - yes - but overall she's well kept.
