I don’t think so but I may be wrong. From what I know here you usually appear in court once cps have decided to go ahead. I think that’s for them to set a trial date and then it can take months to years for the trial to start. Maybe when he first appeared in court she’s got mixed up with whatever the Spanish equivalent to cps is and thought that was him being sentenced

Either it’s not gone to court here yet or it’s being done by Spanish police in which case she’ll be appearing via video link so won’t actually be in court. I’d be very surprised if it’s happened this quickly tbh some victims wait years and even then the cases get dropped even with evidence

No that’s why I think it’s probably happening in Spain. I’ve only ever heard our police get involved when it’s missing cases like Madeline mccan not heard it happen for grape as it’s usually the police in that location who get the evidence and forensics within 24 hours

Yeah I thought the same, was always under the impression that the person had to be tried in a court on the land the crime was committed. Sounds like she’s getting mixed up or the way she’s explaining doesn’t make sense

I don’t think GS would go anywhere near her with her now being Aaron’s ex, I think she’s probably just signed up to a new agency, she must follow hundreds of them on Insta desperate to be put on their books.
