Isn't ell a qualified make up artist? I was quite surprised on her linked in how many shows she has worked on, perhaps she is more interested in that and would give her a chance to pursue it. I think it depends, they're early 20s so not teens anymore, people do start to get into relationships and want to spend time with their partners. I'd be annoyed if a friend never wanted to see me anymore over a boyfriend, but saying no to some stuff is normal imo, I guess only they know what the deal is.COMPLETELY AGREE!! To be fair though, even if Ell has done wrong and is the reason behind the fallout, can we really blame her? People have been saying how horrible Syd is from day 1, and maybe she’s finally seen the light. And I’m sorry but the way Syd is behaving is NASTY and immature. She’s 23 and still posting indirect tweets like she’s in high school? Abusing her friendship with Molly as a way of getting back at Ell by showing she’s absolutely fine without her? Oh and that comment she wrote saying her priorities haven’t changed and she hasn’t changed as a person was shady af. Even if this is all on Ell, I can say for a fact that Syd is NOT innocent and maybe she’s the one who needs to change.

I feel like if it wasn’t for their channel their friendship would’ve ended a long time ago. They have nothing in common and couldn’t be more opposite. I hope it hasn’t all stemmed from Ell getting a boyfriend but if it has she needs to really assess if it’s worth losing everything for him, and Syd needs to give it a rest trying to promote how amazing her life is 24/7. It’s okay to grieve the end of a friendship without buying matching rings with another friend and going out for dinner every day

In my personal opinion Syd is just a witch. I really like ell it nat because I'm older but can relate to her more, she needs to cut el some slqck if it's to do with ells boyfriend let the girl figure it out herself we all go through it sooner or later. Even with the lucy flight think I believe it was more syd and el had to go along with it I do think she should stick up for herself but syd doesn't come across as someone who likes to share her friends with people she doesn't like

I wish they’d just address the issue I’m bleeping bored of speculation now I feel like their thriving off it. No one owes anyone an explanation HOWEVER their whole career is a duo and without us all watching videos, following social media, buying their clothing collections etc they wouldn’t have the apartments and cars and designer belongings they have now. So I do feel we are owed some sort of explanation as to what’s gone on recently - it doesn’t even have to be a massive in depth thing but I think their both being wicks by staying quiet and being all cryptic 24/7 it’s BORING not to mention childish. Without their viewers and followers they wouldn’t have the life or platform they have now the least they could do is be honest

You’d obviously let them know you were there for them both whilst they were going through their difficulties but you wouldn’t so blatantly side up with one of them and post it all over social media. The friendship bracelets and the rings were too far. I hope at this point, even if Syd and Ell make up, Ell ditches Molly because she has so done her dirty. You can tell Molly loves the drama and she’s probably so happy to have Syd to herself.
Syd is used to being the only one who has a boyfriend, this relationship is the first time she's had to share Ell with someone else, she's used to having Ell there if her bf is busy etc but now Ell is in her own relationship her priorities obviously have changed and why wouldn't they? It would be weird if she got in a relationship and prioritised Syd over him still! It seems weird that it all happened right before her bday- I reckon I was right when I said I bet Ell has plans with her bf on her bday and Syd isn't happy about it because she's used to spending the day with Ell now. I think Ell was a lot happier as an MUA, she always seems happier when she talks about that than when she talks about youtube/being an influencer. She could definitely combine the two and do makeup tutorials/reviews. Whatever happens I hope she finds what makes her happy, I've been in her position with a friend like Syd who thinks they know best and they are right about everything when in actual fact they are toxic and nasty.
