To be fair…the mother must be an awful doormat, sometimes being a good parent is actually about saying “no”. Her mother should have stated clearly that she wouldn’t be childminding when Scabby mentioned having a baby so I have very little sympathy for the Granny as some people are just enablers and get what they deserve
I doubt she’d listen even if she did. She’s such a demanding drama queen god only knows how she manipulates that poor woman

I think the real reason she went back so quick is business is bad and the love of her life couldn't maintain them all so Granny has stepped in to help save the sinking ship
🪂And when the ship eventually sinks she will come on and say she wanted to spend time with Robin while he's small so although it was hard to give up work as she is a deluded self confessed workaholic she will say she did it for her family. She will try crank up the insta work now to keep a few bob coming in to try and save face. Her business can hardly support a divorce, a mortgage, a son at college and the general running of a home never mind the overheads on a salon that no one goes in to.
And she had to shell out for a car when she lost the Mercedes BA. Scabs is broke.

I looked at her accounts yesterday. She paid herself 80k odd salary last year and they turned over a profit of over 160k if I remember correctly. So she’s doing ok. She also disposed of a motor vehicle in last years accounts so driving that “free” merc was a nice perk that I’m glad wasn’t renewed.
She has another two companies. One with the fair wife and one I reckon she’d using for her social media Aaron is the secretary of that. It also made a profit if I remember correctly. So she’s not broke.
But be interesting to see if the following set of accounts are as good considering she w as at deaths door during this pregnancy.

I remember seeing those accounts and seem to recall that there was a massive amount of gov employment subsidy in there. Seemed odd that she was reporting a profit given that she had received about 150k (I think) in subsidies. I’m not an accountant though so could be reading this entirely wrong.
The next accounts will def make for different reading
Companies could still claim subsidies while making a profit just once they could prove their turnover was down by a certain percentage - sorry can’t remember the exact amount as it’s Saturday night
She’s saying Dr Khan, there’s actually two Dr Khans in Tralee, and as far as I know both are paediatricians .. I would imagine she’s seeing the Dr Khan based in the private Scotia clinic, run by Dr mccaffrey who is a private O’B/Gyn.

Yes there would subsides would be classed as income which would contribute to a profitable year. To be honest accounts in 2021 are not reliable as they are skewed due to the wage subsidies at the time and stuff, companies were spending less due to being closed and there was a good few subsidies received so Profit figures are inflated. Cash is probably up too due to subsidies received and not having to pay revenue helped too which is all inflating cash but tit will hit the fan when revenue comes looking for their money.
