All playgrounds etc were closed from March to July, kids were not meant to be out mixing with other kids, that was the whole point.

Nits should have been all but eradicated during the last 6 months as close contact between kids was supposed to be stopped. Especially them being close enough to get headlice.
Parents of Kids with Nits now clearly had a complete disregard for the government guidelines or didn’t bother treating them since before schools closed. Whatever way you look at it there’s no excuse. Lazy parenting.
It's lazy parenting and disgusting to leave your child crawling and itching with head lice for months on it. They are simple to get rid off but it takes time and effort. Everyone knows the children in school that always have the nits so again shame on the parents who are responsible for their children having that label

My youngest got them 3 times last year in school. Someone in his class was constantly left untreated. It brought me to tears as Id had two other kids get through all of NS without ever having had this. We use tea tree oil shampoo sprays etc as normal grooming but they were far from easy to get rid off and I suppose we all need reminding off the time of year.

Well they aren't easy to get rid of if the child keeps getting reinfected. I mean if the people who refuse to treat their children would actually do it then that would put a stop to the problem. I'm certainly not referring to people who go to the trouble of doing it and the child has nits again in 2 months time. The same people are infecting everyone all the time. It's a nightmare. I foolishly thought we would have no nits this year but the text came from the school during the week.

I wish we had. Fingers crossed so far so good this year in school. But the thoughts of temperatures, watching health and dreaded itches. F you 2020

No one should have lice or nits after the lockdown unless parents left their kids untreated for 6 months and came back to school with them.
You can be guaranteed there's kids who have been left exactly like that, untreated for 6 months.

I see she “past” I mean “passed” 😉 her exams, what is she qualified in? It’s not one of these six weeks courses to be a personal trainer is it.

Precision Nutrition

She’s going to announce she’s a fully Qualified Nutritionist
Which is obviously Bull💩 as that takes a 4 year degree.... but Tess studied night and day and “past” in 4 weeks.

Wonder how much she’s going to try charge? 😂

Yeah she posted the coursework material a few weeks back. I've done it as well, it's pretty straightforward in fairness but I wouldnt class myself as a nutritionist, I did it more for personal knowledge, and to be able to advise friends and family (some with different medical and digestive conditions) without them having to fork out for specialist advice first. I also have completed a few other (higher level) courses but again cant class myself a 'nutritionist'as they weren't degree level courses. She obviously is going to pursue a 'career' alongside Colm somehow, maybe providing nutrition advice alongside his PT advice.

PN is mostly done by PT’s so they they can offer plans for both personal training AND diet. It’s a dangerous game putting your physiology in the hands of someone like SM. Pretty sure it came to light last year that he wasn’t qualified to be giving out the plans he was and had just taken the stuff off the Internet.
Obviously they have now decided to go into business together. 🙄🙄 god help anyone that signs up to the SM/ Creepy school of PT. she’d puck the head off ya for looking sideways at him and he’d be trying to get in your Lycra squat proof leggings. 🤮

Also how sad that she had to come on telling us all of her major achievement in having “past” all her exams on Leaving Cert result day. The narcissist in her couldn’t have let the real students have their day she absolutely HAS to have the limelight.
cant see her genuinely wanting to help anyone with their nutrition for fear of them doing better than her.

OMG so the damage control was to get her qualified so noone could question his coaching?? Urgh....
I'd be terrified to be coached by him- cause he seems like a letch and she'd take the head clean off you if she thought he'd chance you!
The jealousy would be rampant there!

So cringe.. and using dry shampoo since Monday.. I may be wrong but I thought you’d get an extra day maybe 2 (if your feeling extra lazy) out of dry shampoo? I know the odd time I use it I can’t wait to get in and scrub my hair, it feels so ick after a day 😏
