in that cases I'd guess her parents paid a hefty cash deposit and they have small mortgage

She’s been raking it in for years, I would imagine she probably had every penny stashed away and then was given money by grandparents etc rather than directly by her mum and dad

I was very unconvinced but her last two vlogs made me feel she is. I’m happy for them if it’s the case. Hopefully they’ll make some progress on their house soon. But I can also see them staying at her mum’s for a while given the current situation.

I haven’t written here before but reading about her attitute towards the house reminded me how she said that they were thinking of living in that house for 10 years and i was absolutely baffled! For me, that house would be forever not just 10 years and that was one of those moments of perspective of just how different jess’s mindset is

Maybe she would want to move out of London when her kids are older, and if her mom is retired. In 10 years that house renovated will probably be worth a lot more, maybe they'll move close to their country home.

I don't know, her stomach is definitely looking a bit strange in this shot in her latest vlog. Although it might just be the rubber band on the underwear combined with an unfortunate angle!

Given she’s 1) pregnant and 2) living with a sick parent I’m surprised she’ll be going back to the gym when it opens. There have been major outbreaks traced back to gyms.

But way less risky than going to a supermarket or indie at school!

Did Jess's aunt pass away from cancer? Did she ever mention?

Yes she passed away from oesophageal cancer back in late 2018, and yes Jess mentioned it. She talked about how her aunt really supported her Youtube channel and had encouraged her to pursue it further.
