I have had an analysis and agree with the faux praise and cut and paste job. I’m also not too sure if my colour analysis is right. I got one of the lipsticks recommended and it doesn’t suit me.
WRT the modding on the fb group, it’s been irritating me for a while. I had a post declined because it was ‘repetitive’ but when I used the search function as suggested, my question wasn’t answered.
It was also ridiculous to have no constructive criticism of any kind. I would expect a friend to tell me if I look like a sack of spuds, not to heap praise on me.
The latest post doesn’t make sense. This would have been a long time in the planning and is not a knee jerk reaction to some posts being ss and shared. How can they say for certain it won’t happen again on this paid platform? I’m also wondering if the recent #analysed insistence is her own market research as to the percentage of paying customers on fb.

My husband runs his own business and was recently slagged off on Linkd In, even with the info provided on there he didn’t have a case for legal action. She’d never be able to sue someone via a chat room in a million years. I’ve been on Mumsnet and here for all the deleted and not threads and no pictures of women were ever shared.

OMG!! This is beyond shocking! I would leave a review on Trust Pilot explaining all of this and warning others. Seems since her announcement she has not only angered loyal customers, but also allowed dissatisfied ones a reason and platform to air their frustrations.
Such shocking behaviour from a business owner. She really has no clue does she.

There is a stylist on the new group called the custom edit, she has just clearly explained the science behind colours, i am following her now as she is keeping it honest and factual and also looks bloody amazing pregnant!

Blimey her insta post is yet again deflecting the real issue. Did she really not expect some sort of backlash? If you are going to change the way access to your business is being done then you have to expect opinions. It really is a case of if you can't be 100% positive dont comment and no one can live their lives with that mindset. Im a firm believer in positivity but im also a firm believer in freedom of speech and not being controlled within an inch of my life. I have my views and will share them and all without the need to call her a nasty name because MY truth is all I speak, perhaps she should look on these forums and realise many are also just speaking their own truths and if she cannot handle the fact that no business has 100% positive feedback she shouldn't be in business. The only way you grow and develop is listening to constructive criticism and being accepting that not everyone is going to love you!
I really hate that she keeps going on about people mentioning her mental health, we all struggle and i haven't once seen anyone take the piss out of her for it. Please stop trying to deflect attention away from a badly thought out new way of running a business. If she was that confident in it then there is no need to justify herself to anyone but herself and her team. The constant need to get support from people speaks volumes, she is the one inticing the hate. Not others.

@blaire waldorf this ties into another incident that was mentioned in a video last year I think, apparently all of her friends prior to her sucsess had turned on her and become 'haters' and 'bullies' . Based on recent events, I'm assuming they called her out on her lies and the drama she creates with no real proof and she didn't like it.
I had a feeling that posts with "oh there were all these posts that no one else has seen but were so horrible" and "If you could see my private messages" would happen and the cries of legal action. Legal action against what? Being told your style advise is inconsistent and contradictory and that some people can't afford £72 year to talk in a chat group.
I've just seen that all of the group forums on the app are split into shapes/colours etc... I'm not supprised if I'm honest... Of course they'll be kept seperate now, so that unsepecting new customers won't realise that everyone is being told the same thing.
Every comment that has gone up in support in some dramatic show of loyalty has had more people on it saying how displeased they are. And I've noticed as soon as there are more people showing their disappointment, than those who are part of the cult, it's deleted. Again, of course it is.

Ok I feel the need to find out whether I am an absolute arsehole for not fully getting on board with the idea that if you tell someone their hair looked better before then "you have no empathy." If I have adrastic hair cut I would want to know what people thought. Also if I ve claimed I have paid a specialist to tell me how to have my hair cut & coloured I would like to know what other people think once its done. The way I see it is its just hair it grows & can be dyed back. Plus I feel I am grown up enough that if someone thought my hair was better before but I liked the new hairstyle it wouldnt dent my confidence.
Ps. I don't go up to random people in the street & tell them their hair looks shit & would only comment if someone asked my opinion.
Totally! And the time she called out a skincare brand (tagging them on IG too) because they had messaged Trinny saying they were happy Trinny like their product., SBS said "hey (skincare brand) what about me I have been using your product & recommending it for years)

If you bought something from a shop that didnt work and that shop basically barred you from entering ever again, you wouldn't be very happy would you? Its exactly the same thing what she was doing. Misleading people into thinking everyone was 100% satisfied with her services when the reality was not everyone was. We are all entitled to our opinion, there is a rave section on here where you can start a thread to rave about people so you can always start one up on there for Susie should you so wish. This thread is to discuss the dissatisfaction with how she has been running her social media pages and her services. If people want to comment on her fashion choices, make up etc since that's what she makes her living based on, then that is perfectly acceptable. If she was selling cars and we chose to comment on her appearance, I would say it is a different matter......in my opinion you can't be 'the face' of your business and moan when people have something to say about that face

Susie is gaslighting us. I remember her having her son on her instagram before, including his name. If she has gone through and deleted any mentions of him then that is just rewriting history.
And if the viral sunglasses story did happen, the girl probably did look shit in the sunglasses, and her friend was doing her a favour.

Really irritated by the insta post. Unless people are messaging her directly, have not seen ANY bullying or name calling for her or anyone else! It’s just deflecting the issue. If she’d have just said I’m really sorry, I know people are pissed off but my business is suffering and i need to do this so that we can survive, I’d actually have some respect, all this “it’s so you can be safe” and “because of the trolls” bollocks is just so fake and I can’t believe anyone is buying it
