He is a grade A bellend. I hope he’s prosecuted and sued for what he’s done to G he needs taken down a good few notches!! It did cross my mind with him going to Dubai when all kicked off with G whether there was any legal advice involved ie if he’s abroad harder for police to get to him/question him etc although I think UAE do have an extradition treaty with Uk...

I might be wrong as I haven’t had any real life experience from my old job with the mental illness defence but I think it’s quite a difficult defence to use. And I would also say you tend to only hear of it in the most serious of crimes (not saying this isn’t serious) such as murder. Not saying it csnt be a defence for other crimes, it just doesn’t seem common.
They would have to deem that he wasn’t in sound mind/knew what he was doing a) when he actually filmed her without consent & b) then when he actually uploaded it without her consent & c) then when he charged more for his only fans after all this kicked off.
So I don’t actually think a defence of his mental health would stand up in court because I think it’s clear by his actions he knew exactly what he was doing & that it was against the law to then share the footage.
it may potentially go as a mitigating circumstance for his sentencing ie they include that he needs treatment/enrolled in a programme or he may get a lighter sentence (hope not) but I honestly can’t see it holding up as an actual defence.
I could be wrong as I said, I’ve dealt with the investigation aspect of cases like this, up until the charge at CPS, I’ve not dealt with the court/defence stuff as I wasn’t & am not a lawyer

I find it hard to feel sorry for any girls that go with him really, because they all know exactly what he's like. And as the years have gone on, he's only got worse!

Im not from the uk but where I live (aus) it is very hard to use mental health defence unless very acutely unwell (talking psychotic here!) but there may be psych assessments of personality in particular which could be accounted for in sentencing

he cheated on her multiple times and she eventually finished with him after a few failed attempts ..
they also had a joint business called his and hers ...well Charlotte added his name into it when they were together
he tried to take all the funds out of the account when she finished with him ...
her dad had to took him to court as he was involved in the business and they got the cash back and his name was removed from it altogether .. I remember him trying to goad her dad online saying he was a theif etc

I definitely think the little prawn has run out of coke from his Dubai bender, he prob spent all his pennies on cheap Dubai escorts and couldn’t fund the fantasy lifestyle he promised his insta followers so he needs to return to cold/rainy England with his tail between his legs boohooo! How are u gonna fund yourself now that you don’t have women to exploit he will be back to cuddle his mummy with his big, vacant brother..bunch of absolute reprobates!

It's disgusting he's done a suicide attention seeking post then gone quiet for days. He should either post don't worry I'm fine or his family should post to say he's dead. Not acceptable behaviour either way but I'm certain he's fine and a vile human being who would do anything.

Yeah those fake tears were for his loss of earnings and come down from the class A’s that he can no longer fund..he is up shit creek financially as nobody will work with him after this. He has zero empathy for his victims, he is a very sick/manipulative/abusive manchild and needs strong people round him to tell him he’s a first class knobber!!

What I think is so odd is that the video has been left up. If he had done any harm to himself, it would have been taken down and if his family/management had intervened then they would have taken it down, wouldn’t they? I just can’t fathom why it’s been left on his grid.

100% playing a game, there’s no way with either circumstance would the video be left up.

Kathryn Ryan begrudgingly speaks about him in her podcast episode this week and how horrific a human being he was when they were on a show together ages ago.. I love how disgusted she was at even having to say his name but she wanted to highlight how disgraceful his actions were!
