Surely regardless of how it got there. He was the only one who had and owned the footage so even if someone else uploaded it HOW did they get it….. from Stephen, meaning he distributed it illegally surely?
Also. If he gets a suspended but put on the register will that prevent him travelling abroad, hope so
I saw a tweet which I hope isn't true? is that he may not get found guilty as the video wasn't uploaded for "revenge" like in other cases where they do it as a part of domestic violence and to get back at their ex. I'm presuming it's still against the law to do it no matter what the motive is?

Do we know the security system he has? Is it one that has an app on his phone? Surely there’s been work done to see how and if it’s been transferred to the app. Or was it on the phone he lost?
He has been charged with voyeurism and something else but the charges aren't officially called revenge porn through the courts. I think that description is more for media and campaigning.

It doesn't really matter what his motive was. The facts of the case are that he uploaded them without GH consent. He has been trying to claim that he was hacked but the prosecution argued this was palpable nonsense as no hacker out there is generous enough to change the subscription price but not the bank account details where payment would be collected
The reason why he uploaded it isn't relevant. If the jury are satisfied he uploaded it, they'll find him guilty. So yeah that won't be a loop hole
