Insightful.I honestly think he'll get custodial. I spent some time looking at sentencing guidelines for the charges he faces. The disclosing private sexual photographs or films without the consent of an individual who appears in them and with intent to cause that individual distress charge is classified in its seriousness by culpability and harm and he is in the highest category for both.
The fact that Georgia is famous is significant in legal terms, her face is known to many of the public and this could 'harm' her more than a non-famous person being posted online in this way. If it were a non-famous person, 99% of people stumbling across it on onlyfans or pornhub (which is where he posted the video) wouldn't know who it was. The effect on her reputation is considered greater.
The fact that he posted on the sites he did is also going to destroy him. If some bloke pissed you off so you sent a picture of him getting pegged to his nan, then that's terrible, obviously, but it isn't reaching a global audience. Most revenge porn cases entail pics/videos being sent to a few of the victim's friends,family or colleagues, not broadcast on popular porn websites.
Also, it's not his only charge. He's also charged with voyeurism. Is this completely separate to Georgia? Do the CPS have evidence of other wrongdoings?
I think he'll get 12 months.

I know only some of his behaviour before and after posting the revenge porn video will be admissible. But I think he started circulating the video between friends and then when she found out about it and cried in public, he thought he could make a profit and posted it. He then continued publicly making fun of Georgia and disgustingly laughed at her. I think all that is relevant to proving how deliberate what he did was and how he has no remorse and will ramp it up. Then he started making a bloody YouTube about going to the police station and talked about the case publicly. Will it be a jury trial? He should really plead guilty given how strong the evidence is, but he’s so deluded and thinks he can get away with everything. Maybe in the short term but the current state of affairs shows in the long run it all catches up and there’s no denying the sorry state of his life.
I’d say voyeurism is the same incident, for filming it in the first place.

I think she would, loves the drama, at least something would be happening. And she wouldn’t miss their sex life because he’s not performing. The dogs are a tactic to make it hard for her to leave. Think we commented on that way back when they got the poodle things.

As much as I'd love to see him get one, I think he'll get away with it, the same way that nothing has ever been done about the numerous reports of drink driving he's posted on social media thinking it's funny, and the animal abuse. I may be cynical because the justice system has let me down twice now, but knowing what it's like and the ridiculously light sentences people get handed these days, I really don't think he'll get one

If Katie price can get away with the tit she pulls off, it’s fair to say SB will get away with it. The least we can hope for is he’s on the sex offender register, it will make life pretty difficult for him.
No work, no prospects, even if decided to clean up his act he’s still a sex offender and it will follow him everywhere!
However, if he has a judge who has been able to view his Twitter, and look into his things like false advertising, Asa breaching, animal abuse etc maybe they’ll do the right thing and send him down or give him a suspended sentence?? I thought it could be used to show examples of his character. I had a dodgy ex years ago that went to jail for 10 months and they used text messages not related to the crime to demonstrate his character!!

So there probably is some information in his phone that shows he has total disregard for people, laws and consequences. But I don’t think the driving or ASA stuff is relevant. We’ll see.

For starters, men are way more likely to be given custodial sentences than woman, that's just a fact.
One of the factors taken into consideration when sentencing is whether the defendant has people in their life who depend upon them. Yep, we know KP has lost full custody of her kids but she does still have little kids of school age and Harvey has no other present parent than her (you can imagine much being made of the notion that Harvey will suffer by her incarceration, won't understand where his mum has gone etc.) Also, don't forget Amy bleeping Price and her iron lung, that would be brought up too.
SB has no kids, no relatives dependant on him for care, income etc.
I'm curious as to why he's pleading not guilty. There is irrefutable evidence that he posted the video. His defence must be based around the bits in bold -

Pleading not guilty when he clearly IS guilty is a bleeping dumb move. The fact he will have put Georgia through a trial, being cross examined, her sobbing from behind a screen etc. will not go down well with the jury/magistrates. I can imagine him being the type to ignore legal advice to plead guilty. He wants to show off in court, raging narc that he is. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he defended himself, he's that bleeping deluded.
