I get people are excited for updates but I wish he’d concentrate on getting Haunted Chocolatier out
Oh this might tempt me to pick it up for my Switch. I have played on my iPad and PC before and much prefer playing it handheld on my iPad.The new update is finally coming to Switch on 4th Nov! I've held off playing on my PC for so long because I prefer playing on console so I'm excited to finally get in on the action![]()
Same, I've started trying find other games to keep me going, it feels like it's just never going come outI get people are excited for updates but I wish he’d concentrate on getting Haunted Chocolatier out![]()
I’ve never married anyone and I have 3 different saves.Started my new farm on switch and I'm already stressing about who to romanceit's such a hard choice.
I've married Shane, Alex and Emily on previous saves so now I'm leaning towards Sam but I have no idea if he's 'useful' as a spouse
I married Sam on mine. He’s a nice enough spouse. His maxStarted my new farm on switch and I'm already stressing about who to romanceit's such a hard choice.

I don't think I could ever bring myself to do the joja runI am on year 3 on my new farm from the update. The new farmland feels massive but I guess it doesn’t have much separating things like some of the others I’ve used. I still think Four Corners is my favourite though.
I also went Joja for the community centre for the first time ever! Much easier but I still felt a bit icky at myself!
I don’t as I’m too lazy to install them but Stardew Valley expanded looks good. I think it adds additional townies and other stuffDo you use mods? I've only ever played the game og version but some gamers on youtube swear by some mods. I'm especially interested in the ones that make the fish visible and the reflections mod (it gives puddles after rain and at night you can see stars reflected in the lakecute). Might try them. Does anyone have other recommendations?

When I played on PC, I believe I got the speed mod to walk faster before you get the horse and a UI mod which basically showed on my screen how long plants had left to be harvested and birthdays/events under the clock etc.Do you use mods? Yeah I feel the same haha, it looks fun but I'm already invested in the valley as it is. After hundreds of hours of gameplay in the og version, Expanded storylines would probably give me whiplash.Other than that, I avoided ones like Stardew expanded because it felt 'wrong' to me to change the game so much and add charactersI know concerned ape encourages it and people like it but I just think it isn't for me
I bought them all! Bankrupted myself but yeah I was NOT doing that - I hate the island, I rarely goI'm currently TRYING to like ginger island. Just got there for the first time. I've built the farm house but I'm bleepin sick of the walnuts. Definitely just gong to buy them all.
There's a bird next to the volcano that sells you them allI’m not a fan of it, I didn’t know we could buy the walnuts
