I think it's crusty fake tan lol. Tan doesn't usually grab to scar tissue.
It does if it builds up. My scars always become dark if I go over them with self tanner.
Scar tissue or not, itās obvious she had a boob job, those nipples sit way too high and no natural boobs are this perky lol
