The bizarre thing is that it’s not like she would have to get heavy and lose her figure. She would look amazing with a few extra kilos on her. She would still look super fit, less manly and more sexy. But that body dismorphia has a tight grip on her. She’s addicted to that Clen, man. Doesn’t have to make any effort at all to shed the large. They wouldn’t waste any time. Sometimes treatment comes first to shrink but if they can do a full lumpectomy with margins they do that first.

But a lump that size would be a full mastectomy. Remember the one from 2021 she had to have the replacement waterbags? Explant and then 6 wks later implant. She was living on the GC due to the school issue.
