The audacity of Faeza calling herself an MUA “as most of you know I’m a make up artist..”. Really? Come on. When was the last time she had any kind of MUA work? At all? She posts tutorials but it’s not showing you anything different than what every other girl knows. Everyone knows how to contour etc etc. It’s all basic stuff now. What sets her apart from the crowd? Sweet FA. In fact she does very little as an MUA in comparison to actual MUAS. It’s all so basic.
I’ve been reading another thread lately on Instagram influencers (lost the link) on that Lipstick Alley. It was mainly about Dubai porta potties and people were actually saying that Pretty Little Thing is like THE company that represents porta potties or something along those lines. They all seem to advertise PLT. Just a weird coincidence I thought I’d mention. Made me lol anyway.
the makeup thing is so true. she barely shows her so called ‘techniques’ because there’s a goddamn filter in front of it. the audacity of her offering zoom tutorials where the person PAYS to watch her do FA, when there’s millions upon millions of videos on youtube from teens who have 100 times the amount of talent she even possesses. if she really was talented, remove the filter, do it behind a ring light and let’s see. and do they own any other lipstick other than nudes?? switch it up if you want to further your career in instagram.
their pictures aren’t even original. i cannot even fathom how she thinks that juicy couture picture is her starting a trend. the poses are outdated, the outfits have been in trend all summer since urban outfitters started stocking those outfits. they both need to expand their horizons, try new places, new poses, if you have 500k in your bank account, there’s plenty of places you can travel to to get content if you want to stretch that far. they both live in Dubai of all places! all the UK influencers have gone there, as insensitive as it is during the pandemic, i’ll admit their pictures have come out nicer than SxF’s combined. it is clear that they’re catfishes imo, because otherwise they’d take more pictures elsewhere. but no, they prefer to stay in their own comfort zone because they know their lighting and angles at home. tsk.
has anyone noticed whenever Fyza posts a picture, hers are always blurry? it shows how much she edits.
as for the PLT thing, you’re 100%. i think PLT pay them a bit more but i highly doubt it’s over 1k per post because otherwise they wouldn’t be doing such cheapskate ads. given their following, assuming the 1.2 million are ‘real’, surely they should be charging 10k per post? that’s standard for influencers. but no, they’ve sold themselves out.
